My parents have been married for 19 years this September. My mother is a perfectionist and nothing is ever good enough for her. I'm 16 and I'm the most responsible of all of my friends but she never sees any good in anything.... everything is always wrong. My dad is more passive and just takes the yelling along with everything. They are complete opposites and I'm not sure why they got married in the first place. My mother has decided she's moving out soon as a trial seperation. Is it wrong for me to want them to get a divorce? This whole mess is affecting my younger siblings lives more than mine because I grew up with it. Any advice?

Okay, i've been dating this guys for about a month now. The reason i met him in the first place was because my best friend really liked him and wanted me to talk to him for her. In the end he ended up asking me out and i said no since my friend liked him but she said to go out with him and i also really liked him (i love him to death). She told me that she was over him and that everything was okay, but now she is saying She still really likes him and would date him if we brake up. I also know that he used to like her and might still.I dont want to act like a jealous girlfriend or anything so should i just let this go or sit down and talk to them about it?? Also he has been calling one of my other friends and talking to her, which i dont mind, but i found out that he was flirting w/ her and said he loved her and stuff. He doesnt know that i know about that so should i Tell him i know or just get over it??

Lots of post on here about the idea of being in or out of "LOVE" and sex issues. I have been married for 11 years. I think too much gets made of sex issues in marriages. It is important but is it a measuring stick of a good marriage. I also think that sometimes the "feeling in love with someone" get blown up so much no one could live up to it. At all times during our marriage I feel a bond with my wife. Maybe a combination of trust, caring, dependability, familiarity, friendship, sex but I do not always feel that intoxicating feeling of “LOVE” for her. At least for us marriage is not always easy thing but we have been able to make it work so far. So what do you think are the keys to a long marriage?

Me and Mickey decided to mess with some girls in school, but they get so mad at us. We were walking around and when we saw one with a skirt on, we would give them a femenine wipe and tell them please use this we can't stand the smell anymore. The would throw it at us and call us names, but me and Mickey just laughed.

on her birthday she expected all of her friends to ask her if we wanted to hang out with her.. it was her b-day... should she have made the plans? anyways she got angry at us and she stopped talking to us because we called her on her b-day but failed to make plans with her.. shouldn't you stop making a big deal out of your birthday at age 10?

It's so sad. I've met and seen and read about so many women who think it's perfectly acceptable when their boyfriends smack them and beat them up. I just can't get over it. IT'S NOT OK MEN TO BEAT UP WOMEN, OR VICE VERSA!!

Would a 'lady-player' be defined in your book as a 'whore'?

My parents are getting a divorce, how can I stop it from happening? I don't know if its my brother's and my fault that they are getting a divorce, how can I find out its not our fault without coming out into the open with my questions. I am heart broken, how can I not show my true feelings?

I was in a relationship for almost 4 years with the most wonderful man, I am 33. We have a 2 year old together. The problem is we broke up about 3 months ago. I still see him everyday, he is a wonderful dad and comes to see son. We have remained very good friends, but I still love him just as much as ever, and would like us to work it out. I don't feel like that will happen due to the reason we split up. (not abuse or cheating). He has begun talking to other women, but I can't seem to move on. He was the love of my life, and it is so hard not being with him. I do however want to remain friends with him, any suggestions on moving forward with my life?

I like this guy but havent got the nerves to ask him out im quite sensitive so would be quite upset if he said no. Do gals always have to do the asking or can i hope maybe it will work itself out and hell make a move. Weve got a couple of work dos soon so maybe then with it being chilled and all. I know a few people who have liked each other but got it together when out on a do.
