this friend of mine wants to get pregnant by december, she thinks that she only can keep a man if she's pregnant with his baby. she's been pushing for me and my bf to have sex (we're waiting til he gets back from kuwait) how wrong is what she's doing? or is it just me?

Its sad to me that there are so many selfish people out there thinking that having a child is the answer to fixing there lagging relationship.... She is already selfish thinking only of her self, not the poor innocent baby, not caring about the guy who is clueless to her sheaming, and not caring about the consequences of him as well. WOW.. Tell your friend to get her head out of her ***, get a little dignity and respect for herself before she tries to provide that to a child.....Tell HIM NOW!!!

Your friend needs some serious help. If she hasn't learned yet that a baby will not keep a man than she is really silly.
Even if he wants a baby he still may change his mind once the baby gets here. Then what she will be lonely and a single mother looking for someone to love her and that baby.

of course it's wrong. it's not just wrong, it's idiotic.
this is how so many young teenage girls get knocked up and have no future.
doesn't she see people around who are unwed mothers living a lousy life and being ignored by the baby's father? i live pretty close to nowhere, and i see it, so how can she not?

YES! It is selfish and immature. She will find out that the man will either stay if he loves her or split is he doesn't reguardless of a child. Don't have sex if you are not ready!

Thats wrong on so many levels. Its wrong for her wrong for him and especially wrong for the baby. You need to tell her to give up on her fantasy and if it (meaning her relationship) wasn't meant to be than she needs to leave it at that.
