Hi... I've been friends with this bengali muslim girl for more than year already and we see each other in school... and recently for the past 2 months we've been calling each other everyday and talking for 2-3 hrs every night about anything and everything and she is someone I can see myself with. However, she's muslim and she can only marry another muslim I think? I never brought up about me liking her or what not.. but I just really like her company and I would do anything for her. Can anyone give me any thoughts on this and if there are any muslim girls, can you please give me your opinions? I'm chinese and I would marry her, but I wouldn't want to bring it up until I get some clarity on this issue because I wouldn't want to jeopardize what we have now. Thanks!

My best friend is having her birthday on December 4th, which is a Monday. She is a girl, I am a guy, and we're just friends, nothing more... OK, that's the background.

I offered to take her out for dinner during the preceding weekend. She doesn't want me to do anything special, and wants it treated as just another day. I wasn't going to do anything too fancy, just a nice quiet meal somewhere. Her comment was (in a text message): I just don't want a fuss, I'm not worth it.

She's my best friend, and we've been there for each other so much recently. She's special to me, and it should be her special day. Should I force the issue, or back off completely? I feel like there may be other issues at play, so I don't want to upset her by being too pushy.

Does anyone have any constructive thoughts on how I should proceed here?

So, I go to this party, and my old buddy, who I never really got along with is there. He just met this girl right before I got there. Richard is a great guy at first, but then he starts having all these emotional problems... which is really none of my business between him and his girl. But I had a great time, talking to the girl and stuff, and we kind of hit it off.

Honestly I don't really like Richard all that much, but I'm supposed to be a friend none the less. Anyway, so I drop the two of them off at his house and he sits there talking to my other buddy, while I go off and chat with Ana. We hit it off so well that she gives me her number (I didn't ask for it). Things went really well, so I don't see her as the slutty type or the type to go from one guy to the next.

I could never stab a guy in the back, no matter how much I don't like his weird emotional states. But I really like this girl. So how do I go about this the right way?

I REALLY like him!
Known: 2-3 months
Grade/age: him~ freshman 14; me~ sophomore 15
~not an immature freshman at all!
Classes? None, see during all passing periods before/after school @lunch
Sports: him~ American Football Rugby Volleyball (that of what I know, most likely more)
me~Volleyball Dance (Hula/Tahitian)
He makes me laugh a lot.
Im comfortable around him (Im usualy shy)
weird- 1st time hugged about 4 days ago now hug every time we see each other

Yesterday he went to da last football game but I had a championship volleyball game @ same time, we killed and finished early so we went to the football game We got in and da first person I see is him. I had been in love love with the same guy for about 7 or 8 years. Last year we talked about getting married this year, but it was a long distance relationship and it just didn't work out. im going to date a guy and we already like eachother. he is four years older. i am nervous because in an earlier conversation he said he cant stand girls who are really inexperienced like virgins, when he said that he didnt know that i was. My husband and I recently filed for divorce bc i found out he was cheating, he said he loves her so i said he had to go if he wouldnt give her up. So anyway she works with him and she also left her husband. Here is the kicker her husband also works with the same company and is a manager and my husbands main boss friend. I havent told this man I have no hard evidence just a statement from my husband to me and another friend of mine that he was having an affair with her. without proof not sure if he will believe me. My boyfried and I have been together for 3 years. Recently a female coworker kissed him and he told me it was unavoidable. He looked and sounded really guilty because he felt like he cheated on me.
