Well you certainly don't fall in love with someones ability for sparkling convosation accross a crowded room.
Looks are important, but they are by no means everything!
By the same token. Intelligence, warmth, kindness, convosation etc are all very important. As is the necessity for both people to accept the other as they are, faults and all!
At the moment I'm looking for someone who will love me and not mess me about... Maybe I should stop looking.

It depends on the guy of course, but usually there are many factors. Its not so cut and dry. Basically the look of the girl will be what attracts a guy to her, but the whole personality is what keeps him liking her.

It's not all looks. I've met girls who were da bomb at first, but once they start talking, dumb as rock, and the attraction dissappear. I like smarts (not arrogant pretend smarts), innocent cuteness (not arrogant ego beauty some chicks have), and down to Earth behavior. Attraction of course being expected.

I don't speak on behalf of all guys.... I'm personally kind of picky.
Someone who's open, willing to talk but not too outspoken, has many interests, shares some of the guy's interests, understanding, can tolerate a guy's moody moments.
Looks aren't as important as they seem... it's hard to explain, but then again, guys are hard to explain.
