Haha, manage, funny term. Do you mean multiple girlfriends at once and dealing with dating more than one person? If so I say figure out the one you like and dump the rest. If you mean managing one girlfriend, just be there for her and do your best to take to heart everything she has to say, the rest should follow

first of all you do not MANAGE girlfriends...one must be polite and respectful, kind and not bossy.....read some self help books about being a good person....if you are seeing more than one girl at a time, they will find out and then you will not have to worry about managing all of them, you will be dropped quickly and alone....

Don't let them see each other ever. My 3 are all in different cities, so its easy. I keep the security guards in my condo happy, so they won't let any of them in if one of the others is there.
