There isn't a thing you can do. You can't change them, you can only change the way you react to them .
Obviously they are both insecure and not truthful.
Don't become part of their sick game. Be above their childish behavoirl
Karma will take care of them. You just be true to yourself and you will be above reproach. They on the other hand will come across as lame.

You should say to her, don't you think that its strange that considering he said that I left him because he was beating me up and he was also mentally cruel that I would still be calling him and that I want him back. Think about it, he's my ex because of that reason, but yet you are still with a guy that would lie and do that sort of thing to person. Believe you I would never want to be with that sort of person, I'm well rid, but you are with him. Whose in the better position!
After you have told her this it will hopefully give her something to think about. Then you need to leave them alone, if you see them just ignore them, he is your ex for a reason so you know longer need to deal with his drama

Ignore him totally. You should keep away from him. He gave you a tough time so just move on. Feel happy that you are not with him and no longer a victim. You have done right leaving him as he had no right to spoil your life in this manner. Feel sorry for the other girl that she is mesmerised by him at the moment. Who knows what he is doing to her!!! He is already trying to make her feel inadequate and insecure. sounds as if he is insecure and inadequate himself to behave like that.

The best thing to do is nothing at all. He is feeding offa f ucking with you. Give him nothing. Not an ounce of satisfaction. He has some feelings for you obviously. But he dont know how to use those feelings in a good way. Thats the only way he knows how is to f uck with you. Like I said, give him nothing.

You told her, you don't need to convince her, she will find out herself.
Leave them alone and go on with your own life

The more you get invovled the more difficult to deny his allegations. Just ignore him.
