I have already said to him its becoz u don't want me isn't it and he said no! I said I would never hurt him again and he said he knows that and he knows how much i care about him. He never tells me to get lost and never hangs up on me and has asked me to work with him over the summer?

my husband has a son from a previous relationshipand we have 2 sons also..my hubby has always been in his sons life and we all enjoy him when he comes over but recently he hasnt wanted to come over unless we are doing something fun for example our yearly vacation or hunting trips or fishing trips..otherwise he doesnt want anything to do with us..is this normal??i told my husband that i think it is normal for a teenager to not want to hang out with his parents..but he is really hurt by his sons attitude about things..all of these problems really started when we found out that my husbands name was not on his sons birth certificate..we were all shocked about this...my husband has paid child support for the last 16 years and now not only is his son treating him like crap but his name isnt on the birth certificate..can anyone tell me their thoughts on this...

My husband is 46 and is going through a mid-life crisis.This includes getting in touch with the ex-girlfriend from Highschool(almost 30 years ago).He is a soldier and has voluntarily signed up to go to Afghanistan-needs to be fulfilled he says..He is all over the place emotionally-up and down like a bottle of pop.I am trying to be patient(16 years marriage and 3 kids)but he is doing my head in .He doesn't know what he wants from one day to the next and his negativity and temper are draining me of my own usual optimistic outlook.Do I hang in and see this through or 'bail"?He will be gone for 6 months so I don't see how any progress can be made in our relationship.

Will I ever get over it & just let it go?

How can I do this when it bothers me so much?

My own mother hates me,to be quite frank I don't feel too great about her either (see past questions).

My mother is turning my brother & sisters against me.

I feel constantly let down.Is it normal to only want to depend on yourself for fear of disappointment?

The whole lot of them upset my dad today for acting like they didn't even want to know him & its all my mothers fault.He's the best dad in the world & they are so cruel to him.

I know I'm rambling a bit but I'm so annoyed,I need to get all the frustration out before I explode!

If I just started seeing a woman, would it we wise to mention I had recently lost a lot of weight. I mean it is something I am proud of, (going from 255 to 220 and 195-200 by spring I hope), but is it something I talk about. We have been married for 12 years. Anytime we have sex I am always the one to initiate it. Now I am starting to do it where I won't initiate anything for like 4 or 5 days and then he will say he wants sex, but still doesn't initaite anything. I could initiate sex everyday and he would go along with it fine, but not on his own. I know he has a high sex level, so it's not that he is disinterested in sex, like I said he would do it everyday if I initiate it. I feel horrible sometimes about it, I cry at night. I have talked to him before about it but nothing changes. What can one do? Do I buy him some book for Christmas or something?

I do not feel that I should have to date white men to satisfy them. I am 23 years old and I should have the right to date who ever I want, right? I am beginning a relationship with a middle-eastern man who is very attractive, he is a successful doctor and he treats me like a princess. It's like none of those wonderful things matter and all that does matter is the color of his skin, his accent and his culture. I swear it's as if they would be happier if I dated a man that was a drug dealer as long as he was white! What should I say to my family? I am getting so disgusted with their racism. Nobody can "choose" who or what they are attracted to. I don't know, I am just very upset over this. Any thoughts?

I really like this guy. He is intelligent, sweet and very gentlemanly. We went out and hung out and talked from 9pm Friday night to 1am Saturday morning. However, during this time he told me that he likes a girl, from his highschool, who he still keeps in contact with. The thing is this: He never dated her or went out with her and now she now goes to a different college. What do you think my chances with him are? He wants to hang out again on Friday. Sometimes I think that he is lonely, but I never see him with other girls. He seems to only want my company.

My husband and I split and he got a bedsit, its not the 1st time, usually he'd be round daily 2 c kids but this time was different. We have had ups and downs but I want to work on it IF he's been faithful. 3 weeks AFTER getting his bedsit he went very cold and kids didnt even c him. When Id phone he was very short and nasty-claiming he'd had enough of being kicked out. But its the only way he'd listen 2 my feelings before. He does have a drink problem which is the main factor in him having a bedsit. He looked at me differently, spoke differently and was nasty. Know he says sorry, and it was the drink and hes going to get help.
BUT I have this doubt as he was so different, was he cheating? Didnt it work out so he wants me again? He says no but Ive my doubts? Am I paranoid? Was it just him drinking daily and seeing male friends or is he making a fool of me.
Please help, we have 3 kids but dont want 2 b with a cheat!
Id stick by him if he gets help for drinking but not if he's cheated

My boyfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago. He's having alot of stresses and his friends arent the best. I really just want to talk with him. I've texted him a few times, and he wont text me back. He wont call me back. Nothing. Im totally worried. I want to make things better. Is not talking to him the best thing right now? walk out and never look back, should i leave home and sever my family ties.? they all believe and said i'm trash, that i come from a long line of no good **** heads eversince i was a young orphan. they still do today. they never tried to say something nice when i was good. it seemed they were trying to keep me down all those years for some sick reason, jealousy. they just can't stand it if i do better than their own kids. they want me to come undone. they would really like that. providing me for all of those years was just an obligation for them, nothing more than that. so what is the right thing for me to do ?

MATURE ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE NO KIDs!

me busy. This is a serious question only the mature answer. I moved away from my home state and there aren't many I know where I live now. I work from home which means I don't really have co-workers/peers to deal with. I try surfing the net, reading, watching home decorating channels but I am still finding myself sad and now crying alot. My relationship is tearing me apart and I am at a lost. Can anyone give me really great advice which could help lift my spirits. Any ideas on what I can do to keep my mind off of my worries? I have some new interests, which mean guys who are interested in me, but I keep shutting them out. I just don't feel like being bothered by them b/c I still have feelings for the ex. We are currently seperated right now. He is a few years younger than I, he is having problems dealing with my past. Trust me it is not that bad... my past that is. Anyhow please help... depressed... and feeling sick to my stomach.
