last year, I discovered that my husband ( now-ex) was cheating on me. I confronted him and he said that all men do it and it doesn't warrant me to divorce him. I divorced him anyway because he isn't remorseful- he's still sticking by his statement that all men do it.
Is it true- will men cheat if they know they can get away with it?

Sexy,

Wow, thank you so much for composing such a detailed and thoughtful reply to my recent message. So where are you hiding that PhD degree? You have incredible insights and ability to drill down to the nuances most anyone would miss. I knew you were special...this example just continues to reveal that fact. Yet I am still astonished and even swept away by the depth of feedback you have given me. That you care enough to even take the time, the kind effort & thought, is impressive. But the ability you possess for finding a subjective meaning, is brilliant.

I've had to read your reply several times, just to take it all in. Some points you make I might disagree with initially, but actually you're probably right even if I don't want to admit it. I don't see myself as complex enough, emotionally, to have "innermost" feelings of any kind. Whether it is fear, as you state-- or simply the fact I am a "loner," there is a major tendency on my part to avoid emotions and personal connections. You haven't taken it as a personal insult that I am like this, although you easily could have started finding fault in response if you were a different kind of person. But since you are a wise, caring, brilliant man, you actually see that there is more than meets the eye when figuring out why people do the things they do.

I hope maybe we can talk or chat later, but if not, I will get back with you sometime soon.

With awestruck love,

I work in a medium size office with about 75 people every day.I have lots of friends there. There are a good mixture of married and single people working there. There is one single guy in particular who I have been friends with for about 13 years. He has been married once many years ago, then lived with another woman for about 5 years. He has been out of that relationship for around 6 years now. For the last 3 1/2 yrs he's been dating a girl from work. He says from the start he told her he didn't know what he was looking for ( I think he is looking for a relationship one would have as a teeager. You know butterflies in the stomache, can't wait to see the person.) She has fallen in love with him. Now here is where it gets complicated, another girl from work is getting a divorce and has started seeing him. They ( the girls )are both my friends and have both confided in me. The second girl told me the other day she loves him. I don't want to be in this. How do I stay friends with everyone

So there's this hot chic that enjoys the attention i give her. She gets attention from almost everyone, so i dont see why she wants me to pay attention to her. Does that mean she rally likes me? She's a hot girl so i think she wont have a hard time attracting people. But it seems like she wants my attention alot..as if i'm the only girl that ever flirted w/her

note..She's bi sexual female and so am i.

I've had trouble getting over my ex-girlfriend of 5 years and hadn't talked to her in 6 months because of just that - I let her know that I needed to close contact until I moved on.

Last week I was talking to a mutual friend and he said he had seen my ex and that she had let him know that she had gone on holiday with my good friend. It appears that my friend had gone to some lengths to keep this a secret from me. My friend also enlisted my help in booking a hotel room for them - I didn't know who my friends travel partner was.

I outed their secret with a sarcastic e-mail and my friend didn't respond for 2 weeks - then offered a lame explanation and no apology.

They were friendly before we split, but were certainly not good friends. Should I be angry? Have I been betrayed?

This is the problem my daughter's father wants her to come stay with him for a week but I really dont want her to go. The reason I dont want her to go is that he is with the a new girl and she is pregnant and very very moody and mean. When he called to tell me he would like her to come stay a week I was like a week she dont stay a week only two days when he is off . So if she stayed a week she would be watching my daughter or whoever that I dont know will be watching her. Well in the back ground when I was on the phone with him she was bitching and complaing about something to him and putting me down . Something is telling me not to let my daughter go down there and stay with them but I want my daughter still see her dad but not when that crazy woman is around lol. just to let you all know it has nothing to do with me still likeing my ex I am engaged and I have a new baby. But my question is would you let your 3 year old daughter go see her father with this kinda situation.

I've been with my husband almost 4 years married for 1 1/2 this august he started colleage (he's going for his RN) but we can't afford for him to quit working to go so he is going to school full time and working full time. i also work a 40-48 hour week so we rarely get to see each other the one day that we have a chance of spending together is sundays but lately he has been spending his sundays sleeping to catch up from the week meanwhile i have my whole weekend off i try and clean the house and make things nice and then just sorta hang out by myself or with friends. i know that he is only doing so much work right now is to make a better lifefor us in the future. but i miss him he's here asleep right now but he may as well be a million miles away. and don't get me wrong this isn't about sex i can do with out that i just feel so emotionaly detached from him. and at the same time i feel guilty and selfish for wanting to spend time with him when he is trying to make our lives better

I sent this to a guy to end communication once and for all. Now I am thinking I made an a$$ out of myself!!

I just wanted to tell you good luck with your future plans. Be it staying in ** or coming home to ***. I am just wanting to thank you for all of the support, hope and friendship you showed me in a short time. I appreciate your frankness and view point of my situations and just life in general.

At this time in my life, I have decided that I need to focus on my life and the goals that I need to set, reach and reflect on. I need to enjoy life.

I also need to not read too much into a friendship, either physically there or via the web.

Therefore, I wish you luck, love and happiness.

my ex gf and I dated for 3 years, we were very close to each other , but chose not to be in touch with each other after we broke up. Its been two years since, she is married to some other guy now .
I have no problems with it, but what is bothering me is that she is travelling to the very same places that we had travelled to while we were dating, even staying at the same hotel and takes the same kinda pictures that had taken in the past, like standing in front of the same monument, sip coffee at the same cafe.
She then puts it on a site and she knows that I do check that site. Is she doing this for spite ? or is it her way of telling me that she has moved on ? or is she creating newer memories.

any thoughts ppl.

And i told her that i had a crash on her too but... we did not notice that we both liked each other... so the question is... after almost 6 months of the little crash she had on me during high school does she still feel something towards me? Or was it just momentary, for she told me that the crash she had on me was in high school? But then think about it, why did she tell me she had a crash on me? Do you think she still likes me?

I need your help girls please… I really love this girl for she is wonderful she is quite and sweet.

My boyfriend and I have been togather for a month but have been friends for quite some time. The thing is that we have a long distance relationship. I am 16 and he is 17 and I really love him and want our relationship but fear that the conditions we have will hinder us. I really love him and he says he loves me also, but when we talk about the future he says he wants to marry me and all that but when I ask him about what he wants to do in life he alwayz doesn't want to talk aboutit and stuff. But the major thing is that I cant stress enough to him how important religion is and how we need it in our life. He believes in God, but I have a real relationship with Christ. All I am really asking is that should I continue to stay with my boo and if so what is sonthing that will make our relationship last.
