I sent this to a guy to end communication once and for all. Now I am thinking I made an a$$ out of myself!!

I just wanted to tell you good luck with your future plans. Be it staying in ** or coming home to ***. I am just wanting to thank you for all of the support, hope and friendship you showed me in a short time. I appreciate your frankness and view point of my situations and just life in general.

At this time in my life, I have decided that I need to focus on my life and the goals that I need to set, reach and reflect on. I need to enjoy life.

I also need to not read too much into a friendship, either physically there or via the web.

Therefore, I wish you luck, love and happiness.

No.
It's mature.
If he thinks it was lame, he certainly isn't mature, thus he is a waste of your time.

It's fine, clear concise, no issues. Depending on the situation you're were is where I'd be concerned (in regards to whether this form of communication is appropriate).

Forget about it. believe me, you will embarass yourself many times in the future. Learn to laugh at your mistakes and go on with a smile.
