I actually kept my maiden name but I hyphenate with his last name. This is very acceptable especially if you want to carry your maiden name for professional or namesake reasons. I say yes you can but perhaps hyphenating is a good alternative so as to include your husband.

I don't know about legally......but in society, people would think your husband's last name was the same as yours, by using Mrs.
Mrs. insinuates you are attached to his name. It's just meant that for so many centuries, it will take a lot longer for the idea to change.

Sure, it is up to you to determine what you would like to be called. My mother has been divorced for 35 years and is still Mrs. Smith.

You could, but I don't think it's proper. I think the proper thing would be to use 'Ms. Jones' or whatever.

If you went by 'Mrs. Jones' people would assume that he was 'Mr. Jones' and everyone would be embarrassed when he corrects them to 'Mr. Smith'.

Yes, Mrs. indicates that you are a married woman, and if you are a married woman Mrs. would be correct :]

yes. Mrs. is now used no matter if u take his name or not because it is away to singal that ur married.
