My mother recently went through a divorce. She has the 3 children, and is trying to take care of them on her own. He doesn't want to pay child support, has bounced support checks, and is regularly late with the checks. I am in the Army and want to help her. I can't find any womens agencies or help. She also doesn't have an attorney because she can't afford one, and she doesn't even have a permanent place to call home at the moment. Can someone please provide some guidance to this problem? Thanks. She lives in California

I have a couple of friends who all got married about the same time I did and whenever I run into them they all seem disappointed that I am still married. These same people said I give your marriage 6 months! are they just jealous or what? I don't understand why they don't want to be friends any more just because they are divorced and I am not. one girl in particular, brooke married this guy I thought was so cute and wound cheating on her and screwing a 13 yr old girl, and the last time I saw her they were seperated and when she found out that I wasn't she told me not to tald to her. My best friend in the whole world got married like 2 months after I did and she had her marriage anulled 7 months later. she keeps trying to talk me into leaving my husband because we have had rough times, but we have never seperated and I think that bugs her and I think she wants my husband.

So theres this guy that I like, we'll call him Jeff. & Anyways Jeff and I are 14. We have known each other for about 2 years, because we go to the same school. In short, Jeff and I really like each other. Lately, we've been calling each other, seeing each other, emailing, everything. I'm curious though, am I too young for this? Is Jeff really al that? Or this a disaster waiting to happen. Jeff is sweet, funny, dependable, cute, and so much more. He just seems so perfect.

What are your thoughts.

I mean were not going to go serious, but like I think he's going to ask me out sometime soon. & I like him, but im not sure if saying yes would be the right choice.

Is this normal, well I am a overweight so I blame it on that. I just want to give up hoping that I will find true love. I honestly think there isn't anyone out there for me. What do men find in women, besides being in shape and all that?

I have joint physical custody of my son. During the week he is with me, my ex-husband's fiancée has repeatedly approached me. I have asked her several times (verbally and in writing) to respect my privacy and not to disturb me especially during my son's sport events. She does not respect my request. She has even walked in front of my house and come by the playground next to us. She lives in the same subdivision/community, but 3 streets over. What can I do to protect my privacy? Can I get a restraining order to keep her away from me, especially during my son's activities which take place outside of where we live?

he is the love of my life and yet gets me fired up to the point that I yell and can't control it. He comes home from work, I've missed him all day and he just starts complaing about everything you could think of! I try to ignore it but he gets disrespectful to me because he had a hard day. I care - I sympathize - but his bad day had nothing to do with me, so why should I be the one he bitches at? He goes on and on and on some more then we argue and I yell. I hate yelling and I feel wrong for it but I feel it's the only way he will hear me cause he wont let me speak. What do you think?

11 yr old son, pissed at his dad & taken it out on me.(we r divorced) I have been remarried for 3yrs. He loves my husband, he takes time to do the things his real dad should. When he goes to his dad's he comes back so angry & I don't kno how to help him. He will tell me whats wrong after I have to remind him that I'm the Mom not Dad & change his tone. I have xplained to him I can't make his dad act better and its not his fault his dad's not being the dad he wants him to be. I have a 9yr old girl that is like me, she could care less, does her own thing & goes about her way. The girlfriend my x is with has 2 girls. I think the boy is tired of girls at his dads. They always get their way, dad's a jerk, i don't wana go. Tried talking with my x but he's an IDIOT & don't seem to get it. Now the 11yr old just hates him & will rarely go but I'm left with the 11yr old taking it out on me & not his dad. He would not harm a hair on his kids head, he just simply ignores his son. What do you do?

1st she always speaks before she thinks of what she's saying to people. kind of innocent ignorances.
for the past 5 years, whenever we have a bad arguement, we both are very good at verbally cutting the other. This then leads to either the silent treatment that can go for a week to two or she'll come out and ask me if I'm looking at divorce, which doesn't even come up in the arguements. this has happened during the past 4 times we were at the point of the silent treatment.

I'm beginning to get the impression that it she whose looking to divorce me.

About 4 years ago I met this great guy and we started dating. We were together for a year. After that we broke up and he went out with my friend. I asked her not to date him but she did anyway. They went out for about 7 months and then they broke up. Well about a year ago I got together with this guy and we are so happy. However my friend says I should not be dating him because she says I stole him from her. What should I do?

This is a man who has a mom who almost treats her son like they are married (not in sexual way or anything.) But she doesn't have a man and hasn't had one since you met her, so it's kinda like her son is her "man"

Surfs porn behind my back, but won't share erotic stories or watch porn with me. Won't ravish me, but swears he loves me. I'm beautiful (I swear) but apparently not appealing to him. Don't know what to do. He wants to marry, but I will not until our sexual issue is addressed. I love sex -- alot!!
