Women want affection and emotion from a man. When you argue with someone you love, it takes it's toll on both partners. I know she is probably just trying to get some reaction from you. She wants comfort and security in the relationship. Believe it or not, if you both get as bad at cutting the other down as you say, I'm sure this can raise doubts in her mind as to your love for her. Sounds like she is grasping for your love and desire. Marriage is rough but if you have this love for her, please tell her.

TRY NOT TO ARGUE WITH YOUR WIFE, WHY DON'T YOU SIT YOUR WIFE DOWN BEFORE YOU TWO START TO ARGUE, AND ASK HER IT SHE IS SEEING SOME ONE. ALSO ASK HER WHY IS SHE ALWAYS WANTS TO TALK DIVORCE WHEN EVER YOU TWO HAVE A PROBLEM. IT SEEMS AS IF SHE MAY BE MESSING UP, SHE IS THE ONLY ONE TALKING DIVORCE. JUST ASK HER WHAT IS THAT SHE WANTS, BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO ARGUE ALL THE TIME ABOUT NOTHING.

Seems like you two really need to sit down and find out what you want. Just because she suggests divorce doesnt mean she is hell bent on it. Actually it probably means she wants you to tell her that NO WAY you dont want a divorce....She is fishing.but, you are her husband and you need to give her that comfort.

I've said it before because I needed reassurance. I didn't get it. It (the relationship) is going no where but down and he doesn't seem interested in doing anything to fix it and I've run out of ideas. I say reassure her and try talking when you're not angry.

People say things out of anger!!!!
Some people do not know how to communicate in a positive way.
Your mind is saying, I must express what I amd feeling but it comes in a negative way!!!
Have you thought of counseling?????
