My boyfriend and I shared a beautiful love together but after a few months split because although we got along like a house on fire, when we didn't get along we just could not see eye-to-eye and things got nasty. 6 months after our split we are talking again and yes, once again feel in love with one another. He wants me back but I told him that I don't think it will work because we will end up having the same problems as before, that I am devastated and will always love him. Then he emails me back and says....

I guess I expected you to take longer to form a
negative decision, just to be sure your sure, but I
accept that you are

What does his response mean? Is he mad, hurt, angry? I don't understand it.

I was dating ths guy , and one day I text messaged him about my earrings, and then left him a voicemail explaining that i needed to know if they were at his house,because i was wearing them to go on a date, he text messaged me five minutes later and told me not to call him anymore, because he did not like me and that he would tell my sorority sisters about our relationship...and he would tell other people as well, and what a coincidence one of my sorority sisters calls me and invites me to an event that he was hosting? What do you think was the cause of his behavior and do you think she knows something, or maybe he told her something,?Or was it a coincidence that she calls me asks me to go out with her after I ahdn't heard from her in over eight months?

The girl is self-centered, bratty and has her dad manipulated completely. My son thinks she's bitchy and annoying, let alone very mean. Right now, the kids see each other 2-4 times a month. My fiance (we've been together 1 and 1/2 years) thinks we need to get a house together A.S.A.P. and I think if it still stinks at this level (2 separate houses) it's only going to get worse cuz she could be belly-aching 24/7 -no place to run, no place to hide! Thoughts?
P.S. I did have a talk with my son about who is boss and that he'd be living my rules at my house, but she seems to rule their roost. She does have a mother who is very competitive and who she is with her every other week when she is not with her dad. The dad thinks he will "lose her" if we are not super sensitive to her. As it is, things revolve around her 90% of the time, because she is "only with her dad 1/2 the time". She is even jealous of what we're doing when she is at her mom's!! My son's dad is deceased.

Today me and my girlfriend did it for the first time together. She was still a virgin. I didnt get to c*u*m because she was in too much pain and she wanted to stop. a member of SO's family suffered mental breakdowns, and was hospitalized after an unsuccessful suicide attempt. liver transplant and many therapies later, the member is back home with the family.

i was in shock when i heard the news from my SO. from my past experiences with SO's parents, i felt that family environment was largely to blame for the breakdown.

i come from a different set of values than those followed by SO's parents; my SO shares none of the values/perspectives held by them.

here's the problem: the SO has asked me to initiate contact with the family member who attempted suicide, to encourage and to be a friend. i want to encourage and be a friend, but i'm also very nervous about what to say. after all, the family member was institutionalized for months post transplant.
Now, my SO says that my perspective (nervous about the situation) is not acceptable and has declared that she will be leaving unless i take action.

what to do? thanx for advice.

My husband & I have been together for 13 years married for 3. We have 2 beautiful children and all he does is work maybe 40 hours a week and play on his computer all night. He comes up for dinner but goes back downstairs. His best friend from grade school is over practically everynight. He never listens to me or helps me with the kids. He sleeps on the couch and it has been 6 months since we were last sexually intimate. I work 40 hours a week come home and take care of the kids and dinner the dogs and the house. I feel I don't know him anymore.On weekends he is either playing on the computer or going riding on his dirt bike or playing paintball with his friends. It has become more of a roomate situation with help of finances than a marriage. I feel soo alone. He refuses to go to marriage counseling. What can I do to get his attention again? Please help! Any suggestions? Before the kids it was all about me & him & after well lets just say I fell off of his radar. I am 25 he is 27.

My live-in boyfriend is so cheap that he tries to get out of taking me out and we have compromised to 2 weekends out of the month but he doesn't even like that. I have told him that if he didn't have me he would have to go out on the dating scene and woo a woman before he could get her to start thinking of a serious relationship. He claims he wouldn't have to spend any money on her on their first date that he could take her out and get her to like him...
What woman out there would want this!? My question is to woman could you go out with a guy for a first date and like him even if he did not spend one dime? Also How many dates could he pull this off before you RUN AWAY FROM HIM!?
I want to see if I should eat my words or he should..

Ok, I put on this ask thing, does she like me, so I'll recap, HER FREIND came up to me, right before I left the dance and told me not to go and dance, and talk with jessica, the girl that i like. Then on monday her and I were talking about, well I'll put it to you this way, we like the same things, she sat with me on the bus, and she asked since none of her friends were on the bus, can i sit with you. i was dating this girl in the past. probably a good 3 months ago ro so and i was told today that i broke up with her for a dumb reason..

My friend recently divorced his wife of ten years. He had an affair - he said his wife and him had grown apart and his needs were not being met in the relationship. He is moving in with the other woman next month. He has only been seeing her 7 months and divorced only 3. I am worried about him. This woman is the total opposite of his ex. He seems to have forgotten about his kids. He spends very little time with them. He seems to be totally wrapped up in this woman. He even says that his relationship is a lot better than the one with his ex because he can go out and have fun whenever he wants. I guess he forgot that his ex is home with the kids. This new woman even tells him how to dress! Is this normal behaviour for a newly divorced man? I want to tell him to slow down but it will do no good - he is not listening. Then he makes comments about how it will hurt when his ex moves on. I think the guy is living in a dream world that is going to come crashing down. What do I say to him?
