I ask myself the same thing every day I get told I'm too soft and thats why people walk on me but I cant change I am helpful by nature I dont want to Please anyone I just see it as part of me and I'm getting disheartened to be honest cos I dont seem to get it back.

i know what you mean, i sometimes don't think my partner appreciates everything i do for him. i get up at 4.30 everyday for work and leave the house at 5.20am and get home around 4.30pm and i have to do housework and then do dinner and tidy up the dishes and then have a shower and go to bed. but he never seems to do anything around the house or anything for me. I just wish that i could have one day where i didn't have to do anything for anyone and let someone do things for me instead or at least know how appreciated i am.
