hello i am 37 and in college for the first time in my life. the other day my teacher told me that my hand writing is bad "which it is" and that if i do not improve it people will think i am dumb and ignorent which i quess she thinks i am . i said nothing not wanting a conflict and just walked away. she knows nothing about me why would she confront me with such a question when she clearly has know idea who i am. should i really care what people think of me?my wife loves me my son loves me and i love me should that be enough

We have issues I invite him some where he says he will be there but he does not show up. Lately we have been working long hours. He recently changed is work schedule so that we could have more time together so I thought. He hangs with is friends when he has free time but, he says its my fault because I'm always tired. He never bought me any thing for any hoilday not even my birthday.

My bf's mom is controlling. Hes 19 and a senior in high school. She controls him and wont let him get a license, makes him go to bed around 10 here lately, yells at him over sports and wont let him go to college to where he wants. I am wondering about marriage..i am only 19 and i am thinking about marriage soon with my boyfriend. i know he is the one for me but here is the dilemma: i live hours away from where he is. we are going to neighbor colleges right now but i have to transfer schools next year. my mom and dad will allow me to live with my boyfriend only if we get married..and that is the only way to go to his new college (he is transferring too) well anyways he is joining the army and he will prolly be sent overseas as soon as he graduates b/c he is in the rotc program in college..what my concern is is that i wont be able to be with him.and the best way to stay with him is throught marriage..he proposed to me..recently..and i accepted..not because of the whole college thing but b/c i really want to marry him..but what should i do? please have nice comments..oh! my boyfriend is 20..btw..lol

Aright well I was just at my school 6th, 7th, and 8th grade dance for halloween. I am in the 7th grade. OK well anyway there was this girl I really liked and asked her to dance. She was just like ok. Hi, lately I've been depressed because my best friend has been making plans with other people in front of me for the past couple weeks and I'm concerned. There is this one girl she's been pretty much up her behind for the past couple weeks. She talks to her at luch instead of me and she makes plans with her. So, i try to ignore her and she thinks I'm depressed because of the family problems I've been having. She's the one who has to be at the center of attention and I'm the shy one. Then, at the Haloween Dance I finally let it go and started crying. She took me outside and asked what was wrong. I told her that she's been ignoring me. She then says that you know your my best friend and I always call you before anyone else right? Well, after that I just have been quiet and it's been the same making plans and ignoring me. My wife left nearly 4 months ago. I filed for divorce via service by publication because she won't tell me where she was living. She found out about the divorce preceedings and came back. She's spent all her money while away and asking me for help. She says she's still in love with me, but I've had it and want this over ASAP. What can I offer her to encourage her to sign all the papers and go away? My house in both our names, I paid for it all and want her to sign it over to avoid a court battle. What would you take if you had no money or a placeto live? I am thinking of offering her my car and rent for an apartment for 6-12 months. Sound good? Cheaper than giving it to the lawyers.

What rights do I have as a 15 year old teenager in a family that's recently split? I had no say in the custody at all, meaning now I go to my dad's house every week, then go to my mom's. It's been rough at my dad's house for the past 4 months, and I'm sick of it. (Not going into detail there.)

Main point: What can I do if this custody is not working for ME, not dad or mom, but me.
Please, no counseling suggestions, those haven't worked ever.
