All you need to do is be there for you goddaughter and support her in every way. You are there to make sure things are right in her life and share her experiences. If she is to ask you to do something then that is what you will do. otherwise just attend and help out when needed or offer her some friendly advice and support her.

Nothing is expected but if you're close to her the bride may ask you to do a reading or present the gifts to the altar. My godmother gave the blessing at the reception.

i think the best thing is that you are a source of support it does however vary with religion and certain customs/traditions so when in doubt its good to ask whomever is throwing the wedding or the bride herself, you dont want to assume and not do something that they assumed you would do so when in doubt dont assume. All else fails perhaps a nice poem reading or speech should they not ask you to do something different.

Nothing should be unless you would do a religious reading or something. Your job as a godparent is to make sure that they have a solid knowledge of their religious background.
