At the time I was employed as a truck driver my husband and I had a verbal agreement as to the division of our assets which were 100% paid for. He sent our two children on the road with me and gave a bogus address for my summons to be sent, I had not even retained an attorney yet. Anyhow he of course was awarded all of the marital assets and child support to boot. The court date was during the time I was gone with our children yet when they ask if he knew how to contact me he told everyone he did not even know where I was. I need to know if anyone can tell me if they know of anyway I can get the judgement reviewed. I'd appreciate any information I can get.

Theres this woman at work, We have. I mean that I have told her of my feelings for her. One problem, she's my supervisor!!! I know she likes me, she said so. We've not seen eachother in two days, I mean come on, I'm 42 years old. I'm to old for this crap. Oh yeah she's 2 years older than me. We "Bump" into mone another through out the day! She has these subtle touches. No she touches me, on places she has never doen before! I admit I like the attention. How can I do this?? Any advice??

I have been seeing this guy for about 2 years. It really has been meet on a couple of occassions, talk on the phone, and I will send him a couple of text messages. He use to call me, but now I have to call him all of the time. He only talks to me during the week and occassionally on the weekends. He told me today that he some time to think about things.

Aight me and this girl were very close over summer but as school started we started to fade away and I started to get over her. But lately she has been giving me almost signals like always sitting right next too me at lunch and putting up away messages like I am giving you as many signals as I can but you still dont get it.

I think she is talking about me but everytime I say something like I love hanging out with you she almost gets like umm ok. But all my friends say it seems like she likes me.

How should I approach this whole situation?

Ok, my BF finally got out of the burn unit. He said he loves me! But, I got to pick him up this morning and he's like hella pissed! He said he's mad cause I burned his beard off when I lit him on fire. I tried pissing on it to keep it from burning! What else was I supposed to do? I mean, I'm not holding my broken nose or black eyes against him. Plus, those parmists took him right to the er, whatever that is. He also is mad cause I keep asking him if the bus was a short one! Well, I picked him up a glue on beard but he says now he won't make a good santa at the mall and busy season is coming up. Well, I got him the glue on. That's nice enough right? Maybe he's too high maintenace for me.

My friend ages ago mentioned a holiday and i jumped at the thort, but knew it would never happen as i have no money.

One day she came round and said her parents are paying for me to go to Florida with them in November for a fortnight.

I still didnt believe this was going to happen (why would someone else's parents pay for me??)

Anyway a long time past and nothing was mentioned and then out the blue, tickets have now been booked really without my knowledge and have booked them under my wrong name - i use a different name to what is on my passport) and i don't know how to tell them that
a) i can't go and
b) i dont really wanna go with her family.

How do i break it to her really gently??

My mom is 37 years old. she is not fat at all, she works out and have a nice shaped body. she has pretty good looks and a body, not just for her age, but also overall. she look like 25 years old girl.
My girl friends are saying, i shouldnt try to stop her from doing anything and espacially if she has a body, she should show off and saying i should be a proud of having a hot mom. theyre also saying, if they were that old and have a nice body like that, they would love it and would also love to show that body off...... is it wrong for my mom to wear revealing clothes, she wears shirts with deep necks, that shows major cleavage, tight clothing, short skirts.... and etc, etc..... Does anyones mom dresses like that????

he came back from his home town, to tell me that him and the mother went to a church and was told that we can't marry ourselves,it was later that i went through his phone i saw a text he sent to his sister telling her to help him take good of his queen(that the name he use in calling me)i saw the lady's name he even send a recharge card to bribe the junior sister,i know i was careless because he has stop calling me that name for some weeks back,but i thougth it one of those things.i have to quit the relationship,because i know his into another relationship not that any pastor tell him anything.After some month he came back, calling my mobile telling me to create a space for him in my heart again.please friend advice me on what to do.before i go to harrass him.

long story short. I found out my husband have known this girl since she was 16 she is now 18. He said he know her from the neighborhood his cousin live, o;k I really trusted my husband, and I thought o:k why do she have your cell #.Then at that point I went blank. There is no way my husband could be having affiar with this person, so I decided to call her, she swear he was just someone to talk to, he is friend, I ask if they ever had sex she said no. it wasn't like that. he swear he wasn't having sex with her, he called talking to her as just something to do. now by her being so young i decide to call her mother, i told her i needed her help to find out if my husband was sexually involved with her daughter.She called on 3wy she admitted to knowing him, but said he never tried her like that. and that she knew he lived with his old lady, she said. Alright.....well there is this guy.......he's so sweet and nice.....he's everything I've ever wanted in a guy.....He lives almost halfway across the state and every 2 weeks he comes to visit me, well 2 days ago he ended up crying in front of me....about alot of stuff...he wanted to end it all (meaning his life) and I talked him down......then he told me he wishes everyone was like me because I actually listen to his problems and see people for how they really are......he flirts with me alot......and yesterday we were talking and when I went to leave he stopped me and told me "thanks" so I asked what for, and he said "Just for being you".....and he read some of my poetry and liked it so much that he's writing a song out of it..I feel flattered by that....I really like him....alot....but also he's 2 years older, him 18, I'm 16....and I don't want him in trouble.......But also i don't even know if he likes me......What do I do??

Were on a break in our realtionship and its got to be comming up to 3 weeks since i last seen him properly.He txted me saying that the time apart is helping. I seriously want this to work as i love him so much.

I am married to a wonderful man whose 2 sons live full time with us.. The ex- wife has visitation , but it is every other weekend and every other holidays. The thing is , she has stopped paying child support and we are going through court proceedings. She apparently doesnt think she should have to pay anything for her children. I try to be cordial but it is almost at the point that she makes me sick even to have to deal with her. I know it is nt my place to say anything but my gosh how could someone actually justify not taking care of their kids? Anyone know how to handle this situation? I am at my wits end with her. It is causing her kids to resent her and I dont know how to handle it but to tell them that she loves them and that sometimes parents make mistakes and let me let you know we did not tell them anything about her not paying she told them she quit paying !!!! I guess she thinks that is fine...

I know that my new boyfriend will secure me financially, he's went 2 college,he's in the military and he's a real fun person to B around, but I feel intimidated by him at times and I feel happier with my ex despite the reason we broke up. I really feel like my ex has made a change and my heart is still with him. My ex and I was 2gether for 4yrs. and I'm caught up in new love and old love at the same time. My new friend has just told me that he love me for the first time and I told him back but now I don't know who I want to be with or even if I want a new relationship.I just really don't want 2 hurt my new boyfriend's feelings b/c he's had a very rough time with the ladies stomping on his heart and I think that he'll put me in the same category as all the other women he's dated. I know honesty is the best way but I stilll can't grasp the feeling knowing that I hurt him. On top of all that my ex and I live in the same city and my new friend lives about 2 & 1/2 hrs away

am 18 years old and have known this guy Nick 21 a family friend since i was born we were really close friends till our familys moved but we still saw each other for holidays and birthdays and other things when 8th grade hit for me though i had a crush on him/he liked me and he gave me my first kiss and we kind of started dating when his family moved to same area as mine. We broke up but remained friends we tried dating 4 more times over the time i was in highschool age seemed to seperate us alot and he always wanted to go farther than i was ready.
