I am moving to a place calle "portsea" I have been there once in my life to pick out a home. I know nothing about the area. I am a 41 single American male and I was wondering how well American men are accepted in your Country?? Please any advise would be well appreciated. ps....what times is it there now?? Thanks!

Bernard,iam an aussie. When you see the results of the past several olympics and you see Australia with a pop, of 20 million in 3rd or 4th that should tell you a lot about the country.They dont have the latinos, mexicans and the blacks to do the menial work, they do it themselves.The aborigines incooperate themselves very well. when you get there,hang loose, let them ask about you, dont be loud go with the flow, and you enjoy meeting with some the most beautifull girls in the world. have a good trip.

My friend moved there about 7 months ago and he absolutely loves it. It was a corporate move, with a one year contract. 3 weeks after arriving, he signed a 4 year contract and says he'll probably never move back here!
