The cold hard truth is that if he doesn't want to date you he doesn't like you. You can dress it up in lots of ways and make lots of excuses but men are simple beings. Move on and date someone who does like you. Either that or he's harbouring a dark secret such as being a werewolf or something.

it might be because he is scared of what his friends are gonna think. Or it maybe hes shy and don't know how to ask you. Or that he likes you but rather keep you as a friend then messin up the relationship with you.... Or last off maybe he don't like to date.... But my guess is, why don't you ask him...... I'm sure he might tell you... Or just maybe he don't like you...

maybe he thinks hes not good enough for that person or is just so shy and cant believe his look if hes asked out.

he's afraid that she might say yes, they'll have a good time, and go on more dates, and it will turn into a relationship. and you know he's afraid of commitment! so he won't bother asking in the first place.

He could have been emotionally scared by a previous relationship and has not yet healed.

-If hes really close to her as a friend he may not want to mess
up the friendship
