In this case in Georgia, what happens to debt amassed from an individual (not in joint name) when the individual can't/won't pay? On other words, can the Creditor go after the other spouse after the divorce?

I'm a really good guy, and I don't want sex from her but I'm 17 very soon and she's 15, I'm a junior in high school and she's a sophomore.
I honestly love her, I think she's my high school sweetheart.
She's more mature than other girls her age and we get along perfectly, and ect.
Her mom, however, does not like me because i'm older than her daughter, what can I do to prove to her mom that I'm a good guy?
Is it okay that were dating?

I have this ex bf that is a frequent drug user. He's been in and out of rehab many times and just recently got out. He keeps calling me. I have told him many times that I am finished with him and I don't want anything to do with him. I just need some help on how to get rid of him, can anybody help? Or does anyone relate to this? My husband and I just got married a month ago. Now I know his mother was going to go through things, but this is rediculous. Now I was babysitting her daughter, who is 11, and she was rude, flat out lied to me about watching something I didn't want her to watch and she also threw things at me and threw fits all the time when she wouldn't get her way. Now I decided I wouldn't babysit her daughter anymore, and she asked me to do it again. So i thought I would talk it over with my husband before I called her back. Well she called him right when he got off work and yelled at him saying that we were disrespectful for not calling back right away and that she would never ask us for anything ever again! Then my husband called a gew days later and she spent the whole time calling me names and saying I was disrespectful. Then today she dropped off mail with a note saying "You wont have to be bothered with us ever AGAIN!"
my husband and I have done everything for her..What do I do now????

I really like this girl but she has a boyfriend. She has kissed me on the cheek and hugged me after our last soccer game tonight. We are pretty good friends and we have pretty good conversations. After our soccer season flew right by, I realize our senoir year is going to go fast. I don't want to regret anything about this year so I need to tell her how I feel. Would she consider giving me a chance if I told her how I felt about her, like how i think she is beautiful, smart, funny, she has a great personailty, and I just love spending time with her.

I have a couple ex's that need to be taught lessons. I have dicked over some in the past. I want something real creative this time. I locked out the last one and moved her stuff to storage so she can't find it. Most of the stuff she can replace but her family pictures which she'll never see again. Any good revenge ideas? One had me arrested for domestic violence and she consented to being slapped.

My ex bf Matt went crawling back 2 his ex Sara who didn't cheat on him after 1month after I cheated on him. Then she dumped him 1month ago after they went out for 3 days. Before she duped him he gave me this look like I love her but not as much as I love u and then in the same day he looked at me and my guy friend when we were dancing. My fiance and I are getting married early 2007 and have decided on pink & blue for our colors. Most people say WTF? Why pink & blue? Pink & Blue have extreme significance in our relationship, so that's why we chose those colors. What we are trying to figure out is how difficult is it going to be to pull off a pink & blue wedding? For the blue we are talking Navy Blue and just a soft pink color. Does anyone know of anywhere online with flowers in both of those colors? Do you know anyone that has ever used these colors?

im 24year old girl.All my life ive never had my birthday celebrated except my father and his family always celebrates his birthday.I dont have anything against it and ive attended everyone of them but my parents are very well to do dont celebrate my birthday that means not cake big party many people not even a family get together going out for dinner or some place out of town.Even having a nice meal on my birthday has to be told.Same goes for my fathers family i wish everyone of them.They celebrate my fathers 56(not once thrice,gifts like brand new house,meals at expensive restaurants,grandfathers 90 uncles aunts cousins who come over to my place)except mine.My friends and man i love dont wish me on my birthday even after subtle reminding them.Im very upset since its not about wishing on birthday its a small gesture wishing me on my birthday its not like they do anything else since we are all long distance.Im not whining or selfish its just whenever i think about it i feel bad/sad.

My mother is not real sain ,she cut my sister and I of a while ago ,telling us she will only talk to us on her terms or not at all.So yesterday my sister and I both got a birthday card from her ,happy birthday ,I love you ! the thing is we are not twins! its my sisters birthday not mine! why would she send it to us both?We live in differant states and my card is adressed to me with my name on the inside so its not a misstake.
