Probably sex since I haven't had it in a while.
Being affectionate is easy. Friends, family, and other associates can be an excellent outlet for platonic affections such as hugs, kisses on the cheek, a pat or rug of the back, etc.
Sex has to have all the right variables such as a willing partner, someone you are attracted and Vice Versa, sexual potency, etc.
I have girls that are friends that are more than willing to just cuddle so it is not as big of an issue for me.
