The question is strange so here is an example: My girlfriend really likes Jack Johnson and constantly says how good looking he is. I think that he is pretty average looking for a guy but it makes me think that if she has bad taste and chose me it must be telling me something. Do you ever feel the same way?

I just got engaged, and got a .20 ct Tiffany ring, when I showed it to my married friends, I realized mine its the smallest. I felt a little bad about it because he has money to get me something better, I 'm not asking for a 1 ct diamond because my fingers are long and narrow, a .30 ct would've been perfect though. I dont want to hurt his feelings by asking for a bigger ring.. I've been thinking all day and its nothing to do with the ring itself, but more to do with what it represents: spending my future life with a cheap man..am I been materialistic, greedy and ambicious?? Should I care??

She wont approach me in a suggestive way, nor appreciate my advances, she just pushes me away and has done for 8 years. We have 3 kids (from early in the marriage). I thought something was wrong with me and I tried everything (being kind to her, gifts etc) but nothing worked. Seems she's just selfish. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

I ask why if I leave the sitting part in the up position, it upsets them, they say it is because they shouldn't have to put it down. And so I should put it up? So, as toilet seats go these days, there is not only a seat part, but a cover part, and when I put THAT down, this seems to upset too. So THIS way, BOTH man and woman has to move the seat for their respective goings on in the commode area-SO? WHY would THIS upset someone?

My girlfriend and I have been together for over 3 years, we are both 22. We just moved in together and because of that, I've started to really think about the future. I want to have kids eventually, probably when I'm in my 30's but I know I eventually want them. My gf doesn't want to have kids, she thinks it is selfish to have kids when there are all these other children up for adoption in this world. She said she wouldn't mind adopting eventually but she doesn't like the idea of having her own kid. I don't want to adopt ever, I would much rather have children of my own. I know we're young but I feel like I might be better off finding a girl that wants to have kids. I love my girlfriend very much and she's my best friend but having kids (or not having kids) can be a deal breaker. If I have to cut it off, I'd rather it be sooner than later, know what I mean? So what should I do? I love her a whole lot but we differ on that one subject.

everytime I see him my head immediately goes down and I can't stop myself from crying.

at my school I have one lesson a week which he is in, and it's first thing tommorrow. I don't know what I'm going to do.

i can't cry over it in my lesson, so how can I stop myself? he sits opposite me and the teacher has this strict thing about nobody swapping places, so i can't trade or i'll just get moved back.

most people in another one of my lessons know i'm upset but don't know why and they will be watching me for more signs tommorrow as they kind of saw me hiding crying and they are just being nosy, i know they just want more gossip coz thats the kind of girls they are

how the hell am i going to cope?

and don't even mention telling a teacher etc. coz theres no way on this planet i am telling any of my teachers this.
