Don't speak to either.
First of all, a girl like that is claiming to be your friend, who the F.U.C.K. needs enemies with that Skank. She should have never been at his house by her self in the beginning. She has no business been there. Another thing is, why did she sleep in his bed with him and claims nothing happen. That Is B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T
She is a girl you can't trust, and doesn't give her girls respect as well as she doesn't for herself. And as for him, he is a man hoe. She could have called you and told you, or taken her A.S.S. home.
No excuses, make them suffer and don't speak to them. Who needs negative people around them anyways.

She's not a real friend if she would do something like that in the first place and he's no good for letting her come over anyways. So you should anwer the phone and let them both know how you feel.

Did you and he have a commitment? If not he is free to sleep with whomever he wants and so is your friend. Women always think that as soon as we have sex with them that we are not going to sleep with anyone else. There is such a thing as casual sex. Maybe he likes you, maybe he likes your friend, or maybe he is just having fun.

tell them both how you feel. let them know that you deserve to know the truth, no matter how bad it may be.
follow your heart, if your gut says give them a 2nd chance, go for it. if your gut says don't trust them again, then don't.
do what you feel is right for you.

You may be wrong about your summation of the situation. Why not see them and one on one talk with them about what you feel.
