The question is strange so here is an example: My girlfriend really likes Jack Johnson and constantly says how good looking he is. I think that he is pretty average looking for a guy but it makes me think that if she has bad taste and chose me it must be telling me something. Do you ever feel the same way?

I'm with you, he's not that spectacular or anything to get worked up over.
I don't think you have anything to worry about as far as your own looks or personality. As long as you two are happy, then don't worry about the quality of her taste in men.
I don't worry about the other women my husband finds attractive, and most especially any famous women. They aren't realistic, and many times it's just the fame that makes them beautiful to others. I love him, and he loves me and we are happy. That's all that counts.

I have thought about it before. But I'm sure you're girlfriend is also into other guys that you anyone would consider good looking. Are you going to compare yourself to them too, and put it down to her good taste on that occasion. You can't really pick and choose whats good or bad taste as it doesn't really make sense. Plus loads of other people may think Jack Johnson is gorgeous!
It's a really pointless way of assessing your girlfriends tastes. You should focus on the fact that she has good taste because she is with you.

My man had the good taste to choose me, the fact that he likes Craig David is irrelevant.

LOL that's a funny way to think. Now that you mention it........Yeah! I know his type of woman tho and some of um are like "WHAT?" But I'm glad he likes me tho, he likes me for me for whatever reason so it works. I don't think my taste in men is really what he would think it is ether tho!
