I am a stay at home mom of four kids and I homeschool them. My husband has been military so we've always had a transient lifestyle. He has been unfaithful. I'd like to continue to homeschool my kids after divorce, but I need to know if that's possible. What would my child support be?? Is there a formula or percentage?? And is it possible to get alimony?? Is there a percentage or formula for that as well?? Thanks for any help!

I've know this guy since the 6th grade and we've been friends ever since. Now he's my best friend next to Melissa and I like him more than a best friend. Allot more. A ton of my friends say we would make a cute couple and there's a rumor going around saying we go out. This is because we went to homecoming together and we slowdanced. We just went as friends though. I have reasons to think he likes me and he doesn't like me. He got me a white rose crosage for homecoming even though we only went as friends but I had to practicaly ask him to dance before we did. He knows me almost as well as I know myself but we're best friends so that doesn't really count. I just know I really like him allot and that I don't like anyone else this much. Is it really weird for best friends to go out. I'm just scared if he doesn't like me that he'll feel weird being my friend. Man I'm just so confused.

When me and my partner of 4 years go out with my sister and friends we occasionaly drink and things are fine until we get home he starts yelling and screaming saying i dont go near him im always with his friends but he is imagning it i only talk to his friends if they ask me for a cigarette other than that i am with my sister we only go out about once a month but i am so faithful to him and he thinks i dont want to be with him. And we have a 21 month old daughter i dont wasnt her to lose her father but i get one break a month where my mum takes her and is it a crime that i let lose for one night? Honest thoughts please. From parents would be helpful

Ok, I met this guy two 1/2 months ago. we talked for a whole month before I ever saw him again and when I saw him we hung out and went to his place after my friend and I left the club while there my friend met his friend... Now at his place we just made out a little bit or what ever.. Alright so after that he still continuned to call me asking me to go over to his place and chill and everytime I was suppose to go over it always after Im leaving a party/club, the PEAK HOURS 11pm-4am ( booty call). Well needless to say I havent been over his place but recently he has started to aim me instead of just calling or when I talk to him he's always saying that I have "groupies" or other guys im talking to...And the other day we both met up at an event and before the event was over he just left w/o saying anything....Oh and he calls me mostly on the weekends and aims on the weekdays..so the question is...WHAT SHOULD I DO, FORGET ABOUT HIM OR TRY TO SEE IF HE LIKES ME, IS HE PLAYING GAMES W/ ME

Ok.... So I wasn't the perfect husband, but I did what I thought I needed to do. I got so wrapped up in what I thought she wanted (the house, the car, etc.) that I totally ignored her for years because I was working so much to try and pay for everything. We've both done some very hurtful and hateful things in the course of our divorce proceedings. We actually sat down and talked for 7 hours a couple of weeks ago and have had a couple of good two hour conversations since. We're getting along and I thought I didn't love her anymore, but the more we get along, the more I miss her! She says there will never be a chance of reconciliation, but I think she's just got her guard up after so many years of pain.... Am I way off track? Is there anything I can do?

My parents dislike my new boyfriend who I have been dating for four months now because he is 25 with two kids and I am 18. They have asked me to quit seeing him but I still see him anyways. This has really upset them and they have taken my car and my phone away. Now they are telling me i need to choose him or my family. In another words if I choose him i must move out of the house. I dont have a job because I am currently a full time college student and I also cheer for my university. So now Im stuck with making this life decision. I really love my boyfriend and I dont see how we couldnt be any more perfect for each other. He doesnt push his kids on me and he said I could stay with him but i dont know if my parents will still pay for my school. Im so confused, please help!!

My man just got out of prison, (he was gone for a year). We wrote the whole time, I was totally faithful, we made hella promises to each other. We were going to be sober together for the first time in 6 years, but the day he got out,he went to report with his P.O. and didn't come home until the next morning! I am totally hurt over this. I was the only one that really cared for him when he was gone but he is going to get out and kick with the people that don't really care? I understand his ride left himat a friends house, but I would have done whatever to get home. I had everything just perfect, and he blew it!When he went to prison I had nothing! Now I have an apartment, full time job, I actually take care of reponsibilities. I love him but I am just convenient for him? Does he ;ove me? Do I give him another chance? I want so bad for him to come back home but he seems fine with his friends, and I don't want him going back to prison (Partying), I can help him stay clean. HELP!
