I have been in Orlando now for about 2yrs and I haven't really made any friends. I was wondering, is it just me or is anyone else having this same problem? I don’t know where to go exactly. I have tried school (two colleges) and church. I’m a bit lost. I don’t really have too many "hobbies", I like to do a lot of things, plus I like to try most new things. I’m 26. So some things may not be for me i.e. shuffle board. lol Well I hope someone has something. I also hope to see some people from Orlando answer. Thanks guys! :)

Flirting through aggression??????????????
My best friend is always hitting me playfully. She is a girl, I'm a guy, we are 15, and people keep saying she is flirting. Today, for example, she just hit me in the head with a school book (lol) for no reason. We have known each other for 2 years. First off, do you think this actually is her way of flirting? She doesn't do it to other people. And also, what should I do back? Should I also playfully mess around with her?
Is this actually a way of flirting?
Also, when she isn't messing like this, she is more serious to me than others, she tells me if she is feeling bad.

Another thing related to mthis is that when we are around friends, she does this and we playfully mock each other, but when we are alone she is more sincere with me.
All of theis is playfull, she is fairly petite, and I am well.,., not, lol, I'm a black belt and stuff.

What makes a girl feel very happy suddenly?
I mean what makes a girl feel extremely cheerful and energetic on the next day of school. The previous day, she is still a normal, study-type girl.

We have been together for about a year...and we see each other every other weekend. I love her more then i have anyone else and she says she loves me...but lately things sem wierd...she goes out a lot with her friends, which is cool, but there is one guy that i dont trust. She says shes known him forever, but the disturbing part is she told me he admitted to being in love with her...and the odd time they go places together like for drives to take pics and that, just him and her...which bugs me...but most of the time its a group thing. What bugs me the most is when she does go out she insists that i do NOT call or text her, to wait till I hear from her...and even the odd time i text her just to say "i love you" she either doesnt reply at all, or responds back with a snappy "ok i told you to wait to hear from me!...." which bothers me...also when i spend tme with any of my girl "friends". she gets sulky and says "i bet you slept with them." My friends think im being played..anyone agree?

really close with but never got the chance to date... because both of us always have bf/gf. This had to be like 3 years ago. I still have feelings for this man, and I have told him that I just can't get it him out of my head. He is currently in a relationship for 2 years or so. He seems unhappy in it, but he says it's hard to break up with someone who doesn't want anything but to just be with you. But I met up with him and he claims to feel the same way I do about him. He even cheated on his girlfriend by giving me a kiss, and coming to see me etc. We haved lived far away from eachother for awhile and I'm currently moving back to the area. I don't want to date quite yet, but I do feel a stronge connection with him, and I just don't know what he's going to do. Him and his girlfriend have broken up many times in the past... but I don't just want to be a side rebound!!! I think his feelings are true, but I would just like some advice... This morning I got an email from my Mom, yesterday was her Birthday and I forgot!!!!!!!! I came to America from South Africa, she's still there. On my birthday she got up at two in the morning to call me when it was six here. I've never felt this bad in my entire life. I can't stop crying, when I called her just now I had to hang up so I wouldn't cry. I don't want to upset her because I'm upset. She's already worried about me, cause she's a mom and so far away. I looked online for a "Belated Mom Bday eCard" and couldn't even find one, it just shows I'm probably the only one that ever forgot her monther's Birthday. I called her again and said Happy Birthday but I still feel real bad about it and can't stop thinking about it. I actually hate myself right now. I'm not going to blame a busy day on me forgotting. I don't know what to do to make it up to her, she obviously understands because she's my mom. I can't forgive myself. Any ideas what I can do for her so far away?

1. The girl that can't stop thinking about you and comes to visit/hang out as often as possible, usually several hours a day, pines for you when you aren't there, thinks of you at all times and misses you like crazy when you're away... and is all about the kisses and hugs and caresses...

2. The girl that loves you alot, but has her own sense of purpose in life. She is dedicated to her work or studies, and has opinions of her own. She can be fine if you're not there, hangs out with her friends alot or just focuses on work, gives you as much space as possible, and the kisses and hugs are few but precious. She has a strong sense of self and seems like she would be fine on her own if you went away for a while.
