If I have a crush on a girl in school, but dont say anything, people still know. And every time so far, someone has said (x) lekes you, they were right. Today a girl next to me in class said i think (x) likes you, in a fairly certain tone. Thing is, this (x) is my best friend (I'm a guy shes a girl), so do you thing she is right? Can peers tell these things?

I don't think they "sense" these things. Everyone has "tells", the way someone looks at someone else, the way they act around them, the way they touch them...these things all happen subconsciously. When you're the direct recipient, it's hard to tell. But when you're on the outside seeing it, it's much easier to identify.

Plus, when someone likes someone, they tend to tell people (except for the person they actually like, of course), and everyone ends up knowing around you.

Well, people CAN tell when someone likes someone. And the person who can't tell is usually the one they like. Peers have some way of realizing these things when you're completely oblivious. It's weird.

Probably, but it is better to go off of what you notice and not someone else's opinion or rumor.

But most important, when you ask a friend for advise they will be biased and most likely trying to protect you, which isn't always the best advice.

Trust your gut.
