Write it yourself it doesn`t have to rhyme because what you are expressing is your own thoughts & feelings. Think of all the good things that have happened between you & try & get a rhyme started you may surprise yourself, with a new found talent!

u know, try to look for a poem in another language and read for him - no need to be long and perfect prounce
always work well - try a Chinese one maybe!
