I have been seeing this guy for a while we dated when i was 18. he is now 35 and I am 21. He cheated on me in the past and i can see a definate change. But there is the age thing. It doesn't bother me. I have no clue y. Should it? Do you think we should try agian? He says he loves me and wants to marry me? He has never said that before. He also had a 9 yr old kid who loves me to dealth and i love him too.

My husbands family all hates me, too. I'm outspoken and supposedly not good wife material, either. They talk to me like i'm 5 yrs old everytime they get the chance and my husband doesn't say BOO about it. He says they don't mean any disrespect...yeah, right.And i'm very easy to get along with, too so i'm not the kind of person who finds fault with everyone. I'm really a likable person.
Well, I just got a call from my parents who are the only thing that keeps me sane around here...They are moving to CANADA! I can't be mad at them for doing what they want but I feel like i'll go mad without them here to support me:(
I don't really have any friends or support network other than them either so basically i'm alone now!

I met this guy I am now playing music with. The moment I met him, I knew I really was going to like him, and he seemed to feel the same way. A lot of things have happened, including him quitting an orchestra he was in to play more music with me. However, in the 3 months we have known each other, there has been an undercurrent of mutual interest. We both seem so much of the time pretty much at the cusp of asking each other out, but have been gradually becoming more open and comfortable.
I heard from another source that at least 3 mos ago, he had a serious girlfriend. Things have gone far beyond the point when he should have brought this up, but he never has. He is opening up, generally speaking, but to get him to open up more, I asked him recently if there was some reason why there might be some unspoken boundary between us, and he was very reassuring and kind, and said he would try and do better. Do you think he does still have a serious girlfriend? How can I find out?

I am a nice person but for some reason everyone thinks I suck! I found out that my "friends" talk about me behind my back. They say I am annoying because I refuse to do things like get drunk with their dumb asses. They call me a prude all the time. I stopped calling them, stopped worrying about them yet they call me and ask to hang out with me! WTF?

We were married ten years and were high school sweethearts. During the mariage I found out that he was unfaithful 2x. He is still with that person. During our separation but b4 the divorce I met someone that I thought I loved too. This made the divorce much easier on me. I have recently learned that my ex still loves me too. We have 4 kids together, a lot of the same friends and we still talk w/each others families. We are both dating the other people that entered into our lives before/during the divorce. I do not want to hurt my current boyfriend but I am starting to think that I am only with him out of hurt and/or convienience. I would hate to get back with my ex just to find out that he is still a cheat. My kids miss the time with their dad, it would make them happy. Any advice???

I dated someone long distance, and because of the way it ended, decided not to talk to him to try to get over it. However, I am still afraid to get close to other people since I am still hurt and angry with the ex. I have not talked to him, and I think if I did, it may prove to be more upsetting than helpful. What should I do to resolve this within myself and move on?

First of all, you should know he's very confused. He thinks he's too young to possibly know what he wants. It's not that he "doesn't want to be with me", but more that he "doesn't know if he wants to be with anybody at this age". He's too afraid that 4 years down the road he WON'T want to date me anymore, but that by then,he'll be to attached. I love him so much, that love doesn't begin to explain my feelings for him. We have alot in common, but it seems like i'm always having to defend why I feel, the way I feel.

How do I know if it's me or him who has to change? Better yet, how do I deal with him breaking up with me, if he literally means the world to me? That's more pain than anyone can humanly handle!

My ex broke up with me nearly 3 months ago.We were together 8 years?The breakup was always repairable and she needed time to clear her head without seeing me. Over the last 3 weeks we have been dating again and working on rebuilding our relationship taking things slowly and making sure things are right between us and previous issues have been rectified.Last night after a great night out together i initiated some fun and we ended up having great sex.We were both completely into it and the "i love you's" were thrown around aswell.She ended up staying over and sleeping in my bed and we fell asleep together chatting like we used to.This does not mean we are back together yet. I really love and care about her and want nothing more than for this to work out between us but want to know peoples opinions on this. Can sex ruin the rebuilding process or enhance it and do things sounds just as positive to you guys as it feels to me?Thanks for your answers in advance?

Okay so here it goes. I like this girl i work with and was getting ready to take a trip for a week so i told her and she looked sad but wouldnt tell me why. so i told her to just give me her number and i would call her when i get back. she said ok and went back in to work and told me to come in so she could write her number down. the thing is there was a girl that is her friend that was working that night and she likes me. Ive told her that i only see her as a friend but she didnt like that. anyways so i waited for a little bit and then when the girl i just want to be friends with went in the back and while she did that the girl i like tossed me the paper with her number quickly and she looked nervous. my question is did she do this because she likes me but doesnt want her friend to know or is this just because she doesnt want her friend to know she gave me her number? please, any advice is appreciated. also the number had a smiley face drawn next to it.

Am in a loving realtionship with a wonderful guy...at least I still think so. We are still together and we are now engaged. He is in the military. He is currently stationed in texas, he deploys in Jan. This is the second time for him. Well to make a long story short ... Of course like every relationship starts everything was a fariy tale. But since his been in TX his attitude had changed. he says that its just me but I can tell the differecne. My Best Friend is in his unit and they are both close so i know he is not cheating. I trust him! But I worrie becasue hes become short with me, he also gets mad very easily and just dosent have patience and has also become verbaly abusive! I know he cares for me because he calls me everyday 8 times a day when he goes weeks without takling to his family.Hes opended up to me and says that It has to do with him being away and just not being able to be home with me, that he is fustareted. I'm really frustrated because I'm doing research on this company who will get me started with my dollar store with supplies, fixtures, cash registers, etc., but my husband wants me to try to research and find all these things myself. He says we may be able to save money. I tried to tell him that this company would set everything up for me for $32,000. I'm not saying I couldn't do it myself, but I would have to find and hire people myself to move fixtures and install them, not to mention that this company will help me with my lease negotiation. I can't do all the research myself as I already have a job and kids. Not to mention that my getting all the information and supplies by myself will take time and in the mean time someone else will have opened a store in the area I'm looking at, which does not have any dollar store at all and is in need of one.

I don't know what to do. I'm even thinking of divorcing my husband just so we can liquidate all of our assets and do what I want
