my bfs son lives with his ex and his ex is about to lose him to department of children and families his ex signed over temp custody to her mom how does my bf intervene? should he contact dcf? let them know he is willing to take him?

My ex and I separated (we are divorced) in August. My 8 year old daughter lives with me, but visits her father regularly. Her dad has female friends over to his house, sometimes as overnight guests, when my daughter stays with him. He feels there is nothing wrong with "friends" hanging out during his visitation time with my daughter, and considers it "socializing" my daughter. I feel that it is too soon for my daughter to be exposed to his "single life". How long should a parent wait before introducing new friends / girlfriends to a child, and what is your opinion about female "sleepovers" while my daughter is visiting? I would like to share all responses with my ex.

My mother wont come to my wedding. She says she doesnt like my fiance, but she has never liked anybody. She has nothing to justify her dislike, and its not about her dissaporval anyway. Its about my wedding day and my happniess anyway.

well my daughter birthday party is coming up soon and she is always trying to put her touchs on things i don't even ask her! did i say she lives with me too well yeah she does. my boyfriend is her onnly son only child. i can't wait until the day we move out. i like her but i can't stand living with her. always i am not a working mother so i stay home all day. she leaves all her dishes in the sink.....it bad enough i clean after myself my daughter and boyfriend. i swear she does all kinds of things to piss me off. she just come in the morning says helllo to my baby and everything. when i try to talk to her it seems like she isn't listen because i talk then when i am talking she'll look over at my daughter and start talking to her. maybe i should just stop talking to her,and about her first birthday party...she is my daughter and she did that all with my boyfriend...so she needs to just stay out of are business. i am get money and she is all asking me what i am going to be doing withit

i dunno, all the sudden it seems like all of my friends are being mean to me. they make fun of me, dont include me, and say mean things to me. i dont know what i did, but i try to be nice to them, but that doesnt help, and i hate going to school because i kno they'll just be mean to me. i cant talk to them about it, cuz then that'll just make things worse. i need help

I met this man a couple months ago. He moved here from New England - Boston area. He's Irish through and through. He makes me laugh constantly, he's charming, a perfect gentleman, good job, awsome dog, loves kids. I already feel like I want to spend the rest of my life with this man. I want to give him a son. I can't get him out of my mind - he's even in my dreams. The thing is, I just got out of a very long relationship with some one that treated me like ****. I know this is not a rebound thing. But I have never felt like this before. Is it healthy to feel like this already? He feels the same way about me too.

My husband's ex-girlfriend calls him from time to time and tells him that she thinks about him all the time and wants to know if that matters to him? She asks him if he will take her back? and I might add that this is the same girl that cheated on him with my ex-boyfriend YES!!! My sister had a baby with someone who is legally married to another woman except they don't associate anymore and he does not know where she is located. However, since he couldnt hold a job for the last 2 years, she left him with their 1 yr old daughter. both of their names are on the birth certificate and they live in georgia.
