Not many people as that question but I hope I have the right answer for you. I think that it means that in a relationship love is never present in any relationship. The song say that "It takes a fool to learn that love don't love nobody." So the song is saying that you are a fool if you you think that love is not possible in a relationship or even in general.

The true meaning of love is this:
Having a "Meeting of Minds" which means that you and your special someone feel as if your minds are of one. This Makes everything you do for each other unconditional..It is a very special feeling and something that you've never experienced before with anyone. It is also a very warm and positive feeling too. You can be in the same room together but standing apart from each other and feel each other's presence in that very same room all the time.
It is also about:
sharing open communication everyday which builds trust
Being a genuine friend because this will always last a lifetime
Sharing values that mean everything to you and to your special someone, each and every day
Accepting people as they are, without judging them.
Acknowledging that you value your special someone's sense of People and sense of Trust each and everyday.

I think people are referring to the fact that falling in love can often have negative outcomes. For example, you can love someone today and absolutely hate them tomorrow.

Some ppl are in love with love itself, just the idea of being in love. But to actually love someone and they love u. Not the fantasy.

maybe adding a comma mite help, so it will be
love, don't love anybody
meaning: the person is addressing you as love and then tellin u not to love anybody..
similar to: darling, dont love anybody
