when they referred to the soon to be ex... you were told "well she's still my wife" ? Divorce is 2 months out from finalization... should I let him go to figure out what he wants?

I don't know what to do. Two days ago, this girl smiled and said hi to me as I walked past her in class.. I went back to my seat and I saw her looking over a couple of times at the corner of my eye. Yesterday, that girl whispered "Do you want to go out with me?" I asked her if she was joking around because I did not know what to think. It was the first time I had been asked out. Today, I learned that girl once asked another kid out when he was mad, but supposedly she did not mean it. I am not ugly or a geek or anything, so if she was playing a joke, I don't know why it would be on me. I don't know what to do.

My boyfriend and I have been living together for the past three months. He has paid one month of rent ($130), cuz he didnt have a job before then. The job he has now is an under-the-table job that is off and on. He hasnt worked about 2 1/2 weeks. I remid him every so often that rent will be do, our phone/internet bill and electricity at the end of the month and he keeps getting angry with me when I bring it up.
He won't get a tax paying job cuz some girl is trying to pin him for child support for a child that he doesn't think is his at all and because he owes the state the money.
I dont know if I should tell him to get a REAL, STEADY job or just let him do his thing and hope he makes the bills when it comes time....?

My Daughter is 1 1/2 yrs old and me and her mother share custody. we have not gone through the courts with this but have agreed to this decision. Her Mother Now Takes Care Of My Daughter Half Of the time And I do the other half. She Recently Asked Me to get together with her to sign a document with a notory stating her as the primary provider to my daughter. She says it so she can get her on her medical insurance. Should I sign those papers? and if i do what rights will i be losing to my daughter? Please Help I Am In dier Need!

I was just wondering how "mainstream" it is to appreciate cute female feet? Please don't go calling me a freak....I am asking an honest to God question. I am going thru a divorce after 23 years married...and started doing a blog at myspace.I decided to be honest and share this part of me with "potential" friends. It doesn't seem that finding someone to be with gets any easier the older you get or the more people you date. At the moment, I'm dating someone that I'm very attracted to physically and mentally. He's said that he feels the same and has actually told me that he loves me. There are so many quirks about his personality, but the funny thing is, I either understand them or have them myself. I'm not used to someone being so similar to myself. There were things that other men in the past said and did things for me that I really liked that this new partner doesn't do. I guess the opinions/answers that I'm looking for is: can we be happy with something that isn't what we are used to or do we keep searching and searching for something that we think we be better (not perfect as that is impossible)? Should we still for what makes us happy to a degree even if there are a few bits missing?

My husband and i are looking to buy a house . I found one i loved my in laws have a complex with nice things. This house was nice. I loved it . So the day we were going to be done. My husband calls and says he wants to wait and keep looking , which is fine. Then he tells me his mom has just put money down on a house for us. They have done this in the past ryan my husband will go look at houses that she has found while im working or left at home with the kids. But anyway so i got mad and fussed with my husband i told him we should be looking for a home not her.. and he agreed so they lost their ernest money ... now 2 weeks later she is still searching the mls and calling me and my husband telling us she found the perfect house. which maybe for her but not us. We want a new house that will resale fast if we have to , she wants us to buy a old home with a basement to rent out. ... Am i being stupid and what should i do?

I was going out fwith a guy now for more than 3 1/2 yrs. I love him that ill trade my life for his. Ive tried everything to keep are relationship together, but Im getting fed up with his bull ....he hardly calls and when he does it just to argue and make me upset. Not only that but he likes spending a lot of time with his friends he leaves with his friends all night to come back at 3,4-5 in the morning and i feel like im loosing him. he asked me to marry him two days ago but now he says im rushing it just cuz i found out it causes 113 dollars to get married?.......Now he is confused i wish we could get married but his funnny way of showing that he loves me is killing me...one day he calls to tell me he loves me and that im everything to him and that he can't live with out me...then he will tell me he is on sure of us..Im lost? i don't know how a marriage works? how should i propose to my girlfriend? Why does the woman get two rings, can i give one ring instead? can i propose without a ring and then give a ring at the alter? What if i don't really want family to be there? My boss just said something interesting that I hope doesn't have much truth to it....he said that the main reason I am single is I am young and inexperienced and most importantly, I don't understand women very well - he says a fundamental thing that I will learn is that women don't really care about looks, personality, kindness, compassion, things like that, but rather, they look for "what a guy can provide for them." I take this to mean material things like money, clothes, jewelry, cars, etc. etc. In other words, "What's in it for me." Now I know this is probably just a generalization and just his opinion, but I don't want a girl like this anyway. My boss has lots of money and uses that along with his fake charm to pick up girls, and he's successful, but there's no substance there. Ladies what do you think??

My bf broke up w/ me (see previous question) and he says he wants me to leave him alone. We've sorta been thru this before and we always get back together. I want to respect his wishes but at the same time, if I give him time to see what happens between us he might move on w/out me. I've been single for while after now after leaving a thirten year relationship. I found out he'd had son he'd 'forgotten' to tell me about. We were engaged, bought a house etc etc. The thing that hurts the most was the covering up his family did for him the whole time we were together, and if he'd told me when I first met him it wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference.

The whole experience has left me with a deep distrust of anything anyone says. I want to move on, but after spending so long with someone who lied to me about something so personal, how can I ever believe another man?
