I need gift ideas for a woman I just started dating that I REALLY like. No special occasion or anything, I just want to give her something to make her smile.
I'd like to her from the ladies especially. What is the most thoughtful gift you have received from someone you were dating?

flowers flowers flowers. :) whether a single rose, or a nice bouquet.... doesn't have to be expensive. just sweet...trader joe's has some nice ones for like $5-10.
a card, a stuffed animal.... make sure u pay attention to her likes and wants when u go window shopping! if she mentions she liked reading a certain book when she was young... stuff like that.
ooh u can make her a mix cd of songs u like :). that's cute.. and everyone likes getting a burned cd.
i think the most thoughtful is when it is unexpected, not for a birthday or for month anniversary. something impromptu, something nice, because he WANTED to, not cuz he had to. :) so if it's one of the $1.00 toy trinket things u can get at the supermarket, it still is sweet if u thought of her. good luck~

Since you just started dating, you need to be careful. If it's more than she feels comfortable with you may scare her off. If she thinks it means more than "I really like you" you may get scared off!
That said, I would avoid anything really personal like jewelry or artwork. Flowers are always nice, especially a plant if you know she enjoys them. A blank journal with an unusual cover is also nice and not overly "generic". Another suggestion would be to take her to a place she's mentioned she'd love to go to but has never been ...anything from a resteraunt, to a gallery or musuem to a day trip to a historic place.
As for the most thoughtful gift I recieved from a man (other than after we were decidely a couple) had to be a weekly calendar book with Georgia O'Keefe artwork. On our first date, I had mentione how much I loved her work and how disappointed I was to have missed her showing at a local museum. The next time he picked me up, he handed me the book and said that at least I could still have the art everyday. It was a sweet gesture and made me realize he really was listening.

A really nice perfume would make her think of you each time she uses it, and won't scare her off in the process.
Try Channel if she's the classy type, or go with Very Sexy for Women from Victoria's Secret if she's someone your interested in taking to a more romantic level.

Flowers.Don't jump the gun and give her something right away, it makes you look desperate for her. Contrary to popular male belief- it really is the thought that counts. If you give her something sentimental, it will mean a lot more. Surprise. the best element. Best of luck!

Try a charm bracelet with a charm from an activity you both did or with something she favors. As time goes on and your experiences increase then you can add to the bracelet.

Well all depending on what she likes......I collect Teddy Bears and out of the blue some days my husband will bring one home for me.........Don't do anything to big you don't want to scare her though..........Even a card may do the trick but watch what it says because it could scare her to.

One of my favorite things was a note in my lunch bag. You also can never lose with flowers, just a small little bunch with a ribbon.

some nice colorful flowers with a victoria secret gift basket with the lotion,showergel,and body spray. that would be really nice.
