We've been married for 2 1/2 yrs, we hardly ever get along anymore. I try so hard to be nice to him, but he says I just aggravate him because I never paid any attn to him, and now he thinks i'm faking it cuz i dont want him to leave. Ive heard 2 msgs on his cell ph from a girl he works w/-i asked him,he said they were just friends, she needed help w/ college. Ive saw a few text msgs, but couldnt really decipher them. For the past month-he's been coming home late saying he's working late. Is he cheating? How can I find out for sure?? (I cant go to his work)

I come from a culture where it is always the men initiating their interests in women. Women always wait for the man to ask her out and the farthest that we can go is flirt and hope that the other party gets the message. I need inputs here. How does men feel when it is the woman who initiates asking him out and showing interest in him? I went out with a guy from a totally different culture from mine a couple of times a couple of years ago, I find him so attractive and I know he was attracted to me too; he has expressed interest in me, he said he wanted us to know each other better, but I just would always be the waiting party, hoping but not initiating. I am not prude at all, I responded to his sweetness and we kissed lightly, I am just conservative. I could have had sex with him if only he initiated. But after a month of dating he just stopped calling and seeing me. Was it because of what I was not which he could have misinterpreted as passive?

It seems to me that the best relationships, the ones that last, are frequently the ones rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than the night before, like a switch has been flicked somewhere, and the person who was just a friend is suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.

My boyfriend & I were at a friend's house when he received a call from his best friend, who wanted to go out. He agreed to go out with his friend after "our" night was over. I was upset with him and let him know. Late rhe asked me "Are you really that upset about me going?" I told him "Yes, mainly because you would be very upset with me if I went out after "our" night was over." We went back & forth like this for a bit. He went outside to smoke. In the meantime, my friend & her boyfriend got started on HER going out, etc. Let me say here that I NEVER go out. I can count on one and a half hands the number of times I have been "out" without my boyfriend. Well, my friend's boyfriend brings up this time that my friend & I went out - MY boyfriend doesn't know about this time...it was all innocent, but I just never got around to telling him. I say "OK, let's drop it b/c he (my boyf) doesn't know about that." My boyf walks in, having heard everything outside. Obviously, what I

I'm not asking this for myself, its for my sister
She's deep into school work and she thinks that if she "locks her heart up" from even THINKING about the attraction of guys, she'll get distracted from school and get horrible grades. (everyone is aiming for straight A's. =\) Is this right? She's just planning to get interested when she's done iwth high school or college.

SHE IS NOT A LESBIAN. She's just super studious. =\ any advice i could give her?

Okay. I know this isnt the correct forum, but I get better answers on here. I love for my jeans to be loose and soft and floppy. Whenever I wash them they are all tight and stiff (even with fabric softener). I haven't washed them for 2 weeks now. They dont stink and they arent dirty. Is this wierd? LOL

I'm always the one calling or texting my girlfriend. If it weren't for me then we'd probably not talk at all.

Is it normal that I should be the only one initiating the calls or what?

Hi,
to make a long story short, I'm black, he's white. I'm catholic, he's jewish. I'm 29, he's 38. I'm a teacher, he's a professor. I come from a large family, he's an only child. I'm simple and bohemian, he's upper middle class yuppie. I lived my life traveling, he spent his whole life in New York. basically, i love him, although sometimes I feel our common ground is very weak. Also, i don't like his friends.
what are the chances we're gonna make it? is love enough of a common ground?

I'ts been 3 years since we break up and hav'nt seen each other! I'm still single and he has a girlfriend and they have a 9 months baby. I'ts just that he keeps calling me everyday without his girlfriend knowing that were still have communication. And finally just yesterday his girlfriend already know. I told him to stop calling me coz I don't want to break their relationship.. (well just for the sake of the baby) And his girlfriend don't want us to be friends. But he never listen to me. "Let's keep it a secret" that's what he said!! He's still pushing even though I said so many things that I know will hurt him so much. He still loves me.. the last thing he said with our argument....

One of my good friends as acted different around me lately. Last year she would talk to me, steal my hat on occasion put her arm over me every once in a while. Then I come back to school and she rests her arm on my knee, steals my hat and wears it for as long as she can. Gave me a new necklace when my old one broke. I put my hand on her shoulder and she flat out hugged me. Once, I had a small hole in my shirt and she starts ripping it wider. Doodes on my notebook. But my diemma is that she does hug some other of her friends but not nearly what ive been getting. Constantly smiles.

The thing is thatis she just being more deeply friendly or does she like me

and i have no idea how to ask her if she does
