No you shouldn't. People can be nice when they IM because they can rewrite anything that sounds weird or mean after ther read it. If he's gross in real life that means he's just not showing it online because...well it's so easy not to. Don't go, you'll end up just like a couple of my friends who did this exact same thing. They learned the hard way.

Well if you feel uncomfortable around him at all then you should wait and get to know him. There is a guy at my school who likes me and when I'm on IM he's fine but at school the same thing happens to me. I feel really strange around him.

Ask him why he's so schizophrenic! If you can "normal" him out then go out. Something is up if he acts different online then in person, heck, it could be because he's nervous in front of you but not in front of a computer

If you think he is gross then you don't want to go out with him. You'll feel embarrsed. Say that your not ready for a relationship.

Talk to him and ask him why he acts that way iaround you. People can "TYPE" "ANYTHING" they want and not express their real feeelings and then there are those who can talk and express their REEL feelings.I'd say forget him he's a creep.
