They do call females Jr. for legal documents or clarity (for example, in a will) but in general social situations, the daughters are named Jr. Remember, though, that a child will only be called Jr. if they have the EXACT same name as their parent (including middle name.)

No. And besides it never happens in real life. Only we men are so egomaniacal as to name our sons after us. The only time I've ever heard of it happening with daughters was on the Gilmores Girls, and that's entirely fictional.
