HOW LONG TIME WE NEED TO GET THE TRUST OF OUR PARTNER AT THE BEGINNING OF A RELATIONSHIP?

I have been dating this guy for about 4 years. He had been by himself a long time before I came along. So I wasn't entirely surprised when I found his stash of porn. I don't mind it at all, in fact I enjoyed it myself. But he goes through great lengths to hide it. And it's not just regular old fashioned porn. It includes fetish, hard core stuff. Still I don't mind. My problem is, he does this the moment I leave the house. He can sit with it for hours. So once he has ejaculated. I return home and he goes to sleep and doesn't want to have sex with me. So I manage to get it once or twice a week. I confronted him about it, and he promised that it wouldn't happen again. But it has. I don't know if this acceptable because he doesn't cheat on me. I feel really hurt and ugly because I feel that he just doesn't find me attractive enough . I am scared that if I open this up again I will lose the one man I love.

Me and my boyfriend have been together 2years and 1 year engaged lately things have been boring with nothing happening!! Whilst things were going down hill me and my best male friend were getting on really really well. He would whisper normal everyday things really seductively in my ear it was so much fun when we were messing around (play fighting) at work and meeting up in the security cupboard! Then my friend annouced he was leaving work for a new job I felt so devastated like I was being dumped!! We went out to say goodbye and we kissed it was so passionate he made me feel absoultely amazing. BUT I LOVE my boyfriend and I felt so sick with guilt and decided to forget all about it but I couldn't! My boyfriend found out and dumped me my parents hate me and they really miss him and I still love him and miss him tremendously but my work friend makes me feel like nothing I have ever felt!! I gave up on love and commitment to feel sexy and wanted I have nothing. Help me, what should I do?

I am feeling jealous & insecure right now. I need some advice if you think I have a right to feel this way or am I just having a pity party for myself here. I got married to a man I love and adore. He is a recovering alcoholic and has 14 years of sobriety for which I am very proud of him. I did not know him when he drank. I am not an alcoholic. He is very active in AA and I have always supported him in that and I go to some affairs with him and go to see him get his anniversary pins, etc...There are a few women there who call here constantly and ask him for rides and favors and they have lots of problems and he says he must help as it is always one alcoholics duty to help another. This morning one of them called & her problem was she likes to walk around naked and there are construction guys looking in her window and wanted him to put up blinds. I'm getting sick of these needy women and him running to help. Am I being horrible? We have a baby now and I need him too.

I walk to work each morrning. I work at Dennys. Across the street is a bar. Every time I pass it men whistle at me and holler valugur things. I am wearing my unifor at thease times. Any of you who have eaten at dennys know the uniforms are very tasteful and modest. I don't think I am fantastic looking or anything i just try to look my best but what woman does not? I'm am totaly modest so I know it is not the way I dress causeing me this attention. Is there something I could do to make them stop? I find it very disturbing, some of the things they say. How could I get them to stop doing thease things?

I've known my best friend since I was about 5 1/2. We've always been close. I know about almost every argument or problem that goes on in his house, and he knows mine. We share our secrets, and are very open with each other...we're not scared to tell each other anything. We have a very good friendship. But the past week or so, whenever I call over there or whatever, he acts kinda rude. He's NEVER not talkitive on the phone, but lately he has been. Even his siblings (who are usually nice to me) are being kinda rude. Things seem fine whenever we're around each other, but when it comes to that phone, forget about it. My thinking is this -- his Mom has been gone on vacation with friends for a week now. She won't be back until Friday. Do you think maybe he is missing her and is taking it out on me? And he doesn't want to tell me that because he might be embarressed that he misses his Mom? Or do you think he is hiding something? Please help. Thanks.

We have been split up for over three weeks now yetserday I got the letter saying that he misses me and loves and that he is sorry for everything for me to please not throw away our love. I don't want to throw it away but he threw away first. I miss him like crazy! But he was beating me. I just can't stop thinking about him. I know I can't go back because next time he might kill me.. but how do I sleep at night when I can't stop thinking about him?I can't get him off my mind. It hurts so much.

My married girfriend came to visit me without her husband. She slept with my husbands best friend and claimed nothing happened and they were just sharing a bed. I do have a spare bed and a couch and a futon so there was no shortage of places to sleep. What is even weirder, this happened the last time she came to town. Me and this girl have been friends since 10th grade and we have been best friends almost as long. I have had feelings for her since day 1. I have gotten to know her in and out. I have heard even bad things about her and i still care about her just the same. At the end of senior year, we ended up getting closer ( kissing, touching, etc) we never actually hooked up but we were on the phone every night talking this summer. We are going to seperate colleges and when I asked her about there being an "us", what i got from her and what she said was that she does have feelings for me but is scared that she will mess up and then lose not only her boyfriend but her best friend too. I don't use the word love loosely but I love this girl. I think about her every single day. She makes me feel so great just being with her. Is there someway either now or down the line I can convince her that it could work and that we'll be best friends no matter what happens? or at the very least work on it? Help ME!

my guy told me yesterday that his friend (who is a girl) gave him a hug... and that it was weird that she had never did that before, i am worried b/c she has been around him alot longer than i have ever been around him, good and bads... and i think that he may start to like her...
when he told me this (ya know how you can tell when someone talks if they are smiling) well, it sounded like he was smiling...
but he seems like a devoted person to me...
is there any way i can know if he does like her? and what should i do if i find out he does have a "thing" for her... at this moment we are around 500 miles appart b/c he is in college... what should i do? or is there something i could say?
