I'm not a girl from India, but this scenerio is pretty straight forward and univeral...
If she does not love you, or want to be with you, then you must ask yourself... As much as you want her, and to be IN love with her, can you handle the fact that maybe that's not an option. If it's not an option, would you rather have her in your life, the way she has been for the last 5 years as friends, or not have her in your life at all???
It's an internal question that you must ask yourself. It's a challenge that only you can overcome... so to be honest, the outcome really isn't about her choices, because sorry but I have a feeling what her choice might be.
If I was you, I wouldn't risk what you already have by pushing it. Just talk to her, let her know how you feel... if she doesn't respond like you want her to, then respect that.
