She may be saying it because>>> alcohol can make people have the "don't-cares" ...& when you don't care (about her), it can "hurt like the devil."
(he's also referred to as a snake).

Its no fun to be around a drunk person.Especially when the other person isn't partying with you. Your probably just annoying her.
