my guy told me yesterday that his friend (who is a girl) gave him a hug... and that it was weird that she had never did that before, i am worried b/c she has been around him alot longer than i have ever been around him, good and bads... and i think that he may start to like her...
when he told me this (ya know how you can tell when someone talks if they are smiling) well, it sounded like he was smiling...
but he seems like a devoted person to me...
is there any way i can know if he does like her? and what should i do if i find out he does have a "thing" for her... at this moment we are around 500 miles appart b/c he is in college... what should i do? or is there something i could say?

Be cool. One of two things is gonna happen, whether you like it or not (and no, you will have NO control over it): either he'll cheat on you, or he won't. And obviously you don't want him to. So what kind of behavior would encourage him to not cheat? A girlfriend who whines, worries, goes snooping around and acts suspicious of him? Ha! Or a woman who plays it cool, displays her confidence, and trusts her boyfriend? Yep, I think that kinda girl would MORE LIKELY have a chance at keeping a faithful boyfriend. If you find you can't be that kind of girlfriend, well... maybe it's time for a little self-discovery.

oh. This is a very sensitive situation, especially because of the long distance. At the moment, it was just a 'hug' so maybe you have nothing to worry about? But at the same time, he is really far away and you never know. Do what your instinct says, is he really truly devoted to you?
