There is this guy I've liked for going on 3 years and I know he's told people we were friends. We danced at one of our school dances (casual). There are also a lot of other girls that like him and one even hates me for liking him. I know him pretty well and he is a great guy i just don't know if i should ask him out cuz they say guys are supposed to make the first move. Should I ask him or no?

Hi. To paint you a picture I am 21 (Female) and have been living with my boyfriend, who is also 21, (Who I ador) in York for the past year. He owns and operates several businesses with his father. We have quite a big family and lots of friends. We have plently of money and live very comfortably.

Recently he he become really withdrawn from everyhing really. He seems to be under so much stress. He is not really eating properly and have lost quite a lot of weight. I wouldnt say he neglects me but we have drifted apart. I understand that he has a lot of work to do but he seems to be living meetings and client interviews. I am really worried he is going to do himself some serious damage. I have spoken to him about this time and time again but he justs gets annoyed. He is really ambitious and not much satisfies him so he is constantly working, even at home. I am really worried

My husband and I are very sexually active but every time we make love it feels like the first time for me; it hurts like a mother for the first few minutes then its ok but still tight. My husband was my first, we have been together for 5 1/2 years so it shouldn't hurt anymore. He loves it of course (duh) but I am worried there is something wrong with me. Is it normal for it to hurt EACH TIME?

I found out that my boyfriend of 2 + years has been dating people he met on craigslist. He has been trading emails with females. He tried to make me think I was crazy and the whole cheating thing is a figment of my overactive imagination. He recently confessed that he is sorry and when he told me he was with his family he was really with these girls. He claims nothing sexual went on...but how do trust someone who has already proven themself to be a liar. I am an emotional wreck. I cant believe that he would do this to me. I desperately want to fogive and move on but I...I...really want the son of a B**** to hurt.

Any on advice on how to move on?

Why as women do we get so offended when men look at porn then we go right back to our Romance Novels? In a way they're just as sexual and graphic! I don't think it's right how we make a stink then do that, it seems as though somethings missing there! Anyone else notice this or have thoughts on this?

all of a sudden (like 2 or 3 days) after he asked me out he just decided he wanted to be friends. he didn't talk to me between when he told me that and when he asked me out. I don't know what to do or how to get over it because i'm not sure what happened still. do i talk to him or just let it go now (since i will eventually have to)?

I've been with my husband for seven years now from the time we met till now, we have two children together. From about 3 months into the relationship till now, he's been physically distant, sex seems like a chore to him, no emotion no signs of love while having sex. We always do what he wants to do, he's the boss, everything goes his way. Everytime I sit to talk about these issues he runs off. I've met someone new, I have not cheated on my husband but I have conversed extensively with such person. My husband is 16 years older than me, and when we got together it was out of necessity. We grew close by living together and the troubles we got in and out of together. I still can't help feeling like he's more my father than my lover.

Just bought an expensive gift to my boyfriend for his birthday, thought it was something he'd like. Now he happened to see it in advance and seemed dissapointed.

Should I buy him something else too, even though my finances are limited or just wait and see will he eventually like his gift or not, and take the risk he don't like it?

Me and my g/f of 11 months, 12 counting this month, just deciding to 'take a break', well she decided. I had gotten her a promise ring, we are so in love, and we were about to move in together next month. We also have had sex, which either of us do unless we're really committed. She says she needs a break to fix stuff within herself about her parents (dad cheated on her mom, he's leaving), she's worried how much $ she'll have to give her mom, she says doesn't feel she can be a good g/f right now, or is in a place where she wants a relationship and the committment. But she says she's sure she wants to be with me forever, 200%, just now now, b/c she wants to be alone. She called me the other night at 3am at the police station crying, confused, says felt lost for awhile now. Her two friends got arrested for drinking and driving..she was in the car. And she calls ME. She's like "it's so reassuring I know you are there for me no matter what". But says "See I'm in no place to be a g/f".

What is you opinion on this topic?? there seems to be so much pressure on young ppl these days to loose their virginity that it seems nobody waits until an appropiate age.

i just dont understand how im feeling because on one hand i've got used to him not being there but on the other hand i feel like im being torn apart.

Please can you help me to understand why and how to sort this out????

my girlfriend just got back from a trip to spain. we have said openly that we love eachother, we both knew we loved eachother and we both like eachother. well i just found out that when she was in spain she went out and made out with another guy and hung uot with him and got really close. when she told me about this, she wanted me to respect her because of the fact that she told me,thought i was being too harsh over something and plain just went home and to bed. i dont know what's happening whether she just doesnt love me anymore, i mean i love her, but if she doesnt love me then all i ask is for her to at least be honest, and then she uses the excuse of "when you're not with me i feel different" does that mean that if i ever leave her alone later on im gonna have to worry about an affiar? she moved back to england just a few months ago, and i told her id move over once i finished college because ih ave to think about our kids and a future. i just dont know what to think. plz help
