i was supposed to go over to this womans house last night to color her and her daughters hair and i was supposed to call them when i got off work but i didnt because i didnt want to go over there because i was tired after work.

For whatever reason you made a mistake. You didn't' call last night and tell the truth.. you were just too wiped out after work. Do the right thing... tell the truth and apologize. Tell her you would like to make it up to her , (if you do) and ask her to forgive you for messing up and at the very least not calling. If you feel embarrassed by your actions tell her, I feel so embarrassed!!! People are human and usually will forgive when others can fess up to the truth rather than create a cock-a-maney excuse . If you want to feel better about this mess up tell the truth as soon as possible.don't put it off. If by some remote chance she doesn't forgive you and gives you **** say, sorry you feel that way i messed up and even though I was still willing to help you out I think it's best if ya find some other sister to help ya with your hair! do it now and you'll stop beating yourself up for this blunder! Tell them you came home and passed out on the couch and when you woke up it was to late to call.
But it was very irresponsible of you not to have called and let them know you weren't coming.
If i were them i wouldn't use you any more i would find another hair dresser.
All you had to do was call and tell them you had a long day at work could you reschedule.

Just tell her the truth that you were tired when you got off. In the future tell people you will TRY to do it, but it will depend on how you feel.

Tell them the truth that you had a bad hair day. that you were tiered and that he would have done a bad job on them if you had gone over.

I don't know what kind of job you have but I think you should tell them that you had to work overtime and was unable to call and that you apologize.

if you don't mind doing their hair:
tell them that you had to work overtime and did not get home until late and felt that it was too late to call them...
if you still don't want to do their hair:
never call them back!!
