Go to your state web site and put in felony's. you will need there full name and the state the felony was committed. They will tell you for example manslaughter, 15 years and when released.

pending on what type of crime u are looking for an what ur intentions are with this convicted felon ,,u can go to his or her parole officer ,parole board ,or to the offenders main pen (prison) an enquire there but in reasonable reasons ,( to help others stay safe an sound or if the offender has harmed others ) u can also go to the police station an request there ,,there is an site on the net but to open it up im stumped hope this helped u in some way

Go to the web site of the jail he was in by getting the name of the cites jail house and/or prison. or spend the money to do an international search of what ever city he is from or u can use his SS card if u know the numbers,where he was born etc.
