i am extremely attracted to caucasian women rather than women of my own race. i am extremely shy and have never had a girlfriend. i do not drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't sleep around, and i have never perved in my entire life or flirted. i am a virgin by choice and don't even know what a kiss feels like. i want to have a girlfriend and be in a relationship and i am not afraid of commitment or responsibility. i am a one girl kinda guy. sex is not an issue for me, as i am more than willing to wait as long as it takes. for me sex is meaningless without love. i want to genuinely be in a relationship, not for any other reason. i have trouble talking to girls as i have never had a conversation with one. the trouble is that caucasian women have this perception that asian men like to only be with them for sex and treat them like crap later on. i am not that kind of guy. please help, tell me what i need to do in order to have a genuine relationship with a caucasian girl.

I call them to go out to the clubs to have someone to party with, and they all think I'm going to be exclusive. Which I don't understand because I'm up front with them about not wanting to be in a serious relationship. Just for the record I don't sleep with any two people at one time.

John and I have been best friends since freshman year four years ago. I chose to study abroad my junior year, but when I came back for my senior, everything was different. He had met a girl, and he spent a lot of time with her. I know that's normal, but he's taking it to the extreme. We used to hang out once a week, now it was once every month. Whenever we do hang out, if she calls or show up, it's like I'm not even there. I always tried to be happy for them, but it's hard, since I feel like I'm being ignored. At first, I gave it time, but it's been a year now. It like he had forgotten that we were friends once. Should I talk to him? How? I know it's risky; he may get defensive and say I'm jealous. She's a great girl, it's just his attitude towards our friendship like he doesn't care at all. I know people change, but we were real good friends once. If it was some other friend, I wouldn't care. But this friendship means a lot to me. I thought it meant a lot to him as well. Any advice?

Today I was sitting on a wall with my best (girl) friend (my crush) and another friend and I wanted to get closer to her, but it seemed kinda weird. At one point she put her bent arm out and leaned on my shoulder, but I think I'm just really bad at this stuff. How should I do it (arm on shoulder, round waist/shoulder, hold hands) without seeming like a total idiot? I feel like if I just do it , it would be weird. I hope you understand what I mean, and I would appreciate any tips.

We have been dating for over 3 months and I want to thank his parents without doing anything cheezy like flowers or a card, but I also dont have the budget to do anything extravagant (they have money anyway). Any good ideas to something maybe creative or heartfelt or thoughtful? Thanks!

Does anybody know of any good and reliable websites that I would be able to purchase a wedding dress from? I'm really trying to save some money and I heard this would be cheaper. Thanks!

For people who are in one..
I believe in an open relationship.. you can't force monogamy at first.. The only way to truly know if they are the one for you.

BUT, why an open "marriage". You keep the RELATIONSHIP open, but once you know she's the one and you two get married, aren't you marrying BECAUSE you only want to be with just them?
Where's the intimiacy?

PS There's no sarcasm here. I really would like input on this.

I have a dilemma,

I'm in love with someone who is 36 years older than I am. He's divorced some time ago lives on his own and has a family that is independant.

My family does not approve and to be honest I never thought it could happen to me as I acknowledge it's something that is not culturally the norm. (For the record we have not had sexual realtions, I am a strict Catholic, and yes I'm a virgin)

I love and respect my family and I really do not wish to choose between one or the other.

Finding someone who accepts me and is just like me in many ways has been the greatest blessing. Not to mention finding someone who loves me as much as I love them.

Although I'm struggling with the whole age gap issue. Is it right to love someone so much older? Should I follow my heart or maintain my committment to my family and 8 younger siblings?

Thank you

my mother in law is not always truthful, especially about myself and my oldest daughter when talking to my husband. most of the time, her lies cause him to become angry with us. even though we have caught her in lies before, he still believes her before us. how can i make her stop this? she is going to hurt our marriage, and this worries me. when he finally gets the truth from us, he realizes he was wrong to become angry, when will he stop taking her side? i need some help with this. oh, she lives with us, this doesn't help, and she won't leave because she has the house in her name. she said she would sign it over to us, because we pay the mortgage. now she won't even discuss it with us.

ive noticeable a lot of change in my best friend lately. when we met, she was a bright, witty, sweet and funny girl. i fell for her instantly (friendship wise) lately she has changed a lot. she has become a lot more upset and doesnt open up to anybody anymore. her brother and dad are off for army duties, and her mom has hit her more then enough times. she talks about being really lonely and just sad. i try my hardest to save her, help her, anything. it hurts me worse then anything in the entire world to see her upset, but i feel helpless. this girl means the world to me and i have to up most loyalty to her, she is so special to me.

so, my question is, what should i do to help her? she tries on her own,i can tell, but shes tired of fighting. is there anything i CAN do?

serious inquires only please!
