How can I get to see Him again??

I met this guy only once, and we talked for about 15min. I'm 20 he's 23, by the end of our conversation he ask me where I had went to school and said he really enjoyed the conversation. One do you think he likes me and how will I get to see him agian? He knows where I work, If he likes me should he make the effort?
