Why does the UK think it can stop global warming by charging us more tax and by stopping some CO2 levels when Africa plumes out more CO2 and fumes than anyelse and it will never stop as they dont have the structure.

Okay yes it sounds easy, and everyone has there opinions about if we are causing it or it's just the world. I'm one of the people that believe we are causing global warming. I know what polution causes it, but what else? I want to know what it is we are doing to cause this effect.

i have heard that white clouds do not have any water which can result into rain . only black clouds contain water. is there no role of white clouds in rains? if they do not have any water then how these white clouds are formed?

I'm wondering because scientist are saying that the ocean is rising by 2 milimeters a year, and I am doing a project on a related topic. I've looked online, but have yet to find the amount of gallons found in one millimeter of the water in the entire ocean. That's one millimeter of the entire surface of the ocean.
