I believe that it is closely related to the Hypno-Toad, which paralyzes it's prey through hypnosis be before consuming it whole. Large specimen have been known to devour an entire sheep. They tend to nest in carnivorous trees, such as the Octopus tree. It is believed that the mucous/vodka secreted by their skin makes them inedible to the tree.
