I don't know where you are living now, but I'd say move inland and uphill. The northern and southern tips of the continents will be flooded first. The new costal areas (the old costal areas are going to be flooded) will be bombarded with storms, so I'd stay clear of the oceans for a while.

Toward the middle of whichever continent you live in. But, this increase will be gradual, so don't worry, you won't wake up one day and all of the sudden, Manhattan will be underwater even though it wasn't the night before. Hope this helps.
