New Hampshire is mostly powered by nucler power, which is green power. I was thinking of buying a new stove, should I buy a gas one or an electrical one? Which one is greener in the long run?

Nuclear energy is not considered green yet, two reasons, one there is a mining process currently and a waste problem(until we get 100% remanufactured rods we will aways have both problems)
Anyway to answer your question, a gas stove is a very pleasant way to cook, recommended by most chefs, also home and commercial bio-gas chambers and supply will be available in the future.

Nuclear power depends on a sophisticated society to build operate and safely manage the waste. It requires lots of materials, especially stainless steel and concrete to build the reactor and infrastucture like roads. Concrete is a major CO2 source, Stainless steel requires nickel mining & refining which causes huge toxic polutants. (in the long run, 20 years, how much of this complex "expert" social structure will survive the post peak oil pressures?)

Fossil gas is not renewable & contributes to CO2. Bio-gas, from digesting waste can be a green CO2 neutral energy source.

A wood stove can use renewable locally sourced energy which will be available in the long run (if not clearfelled by global developers). By growing or buying local wood supplies you will help protect your local eco-system from unsustainable development and even manage to have a negative Co2 footrint.
Wood can be "cooked" to provide gas if required. or is available in a variety of convinent forms not just logs, eg wood chip or pellets.
Ceramic stoves used traditionally in Europe provide a very comfortable room enviroment.

Sins most of our electricity is made by burning coal or oil I would say gas and it is cheaper.
