im not sure that i understand what you are asking exactly but ill try to answer anyway
all 3 of these involve living organisms
photosynthesis occurs in plants so its definitely a living system
carbon cycle and nitrogen cycle occurs in an ecosystem which in itself isnt a living thing, but living things participate in it
so i would say yes for photosynthesis and no for the cycles

According to the sites below, photosynthesis, the carbon cycle, and the nitrogen cycle are all biochemical processes which means they are life processes. Photosynthesis is the process by which plants make food and oxygen using water, carbon dioxide, and chlorophyll and sunlight for energy. The nitrogen cycle is the process by which nitrogen from the air is changed in the soil so that it can be used as a nutrient by plants and then released back into the air. The carbon cycle is the cycle of carbon in living things where carbon dioxide forms organic nutrients using photosynthesis, and later the carbon is restored to the environment by respiration and decay.

Ummm, photosynthesis, yes, carbon, somewhat yes, nitrogen, yes. Nitrogen is taken up by plants through the roots. So there are living organisms involved.

a portion of all of three cycles requires living organisms to complete the cycle.
